I bet this tire will work great all the way up to 3 MPH.
Experience certificate banwana tha ban jayega kya bhaiya Operator tyre repair plant ka please Ripley me
Ingenious repair but I’m not sure I’d trust that driving a multi-axle truck on those terrible roads. I’d worry constantly but I get that this is the only fix many owners/drivers can afford
If it is not the steering axle it is safe.
What are you gonna do? If the truck is off the road you can’t bring home any curry
Similar repairs are done on radial truck tires here in the US. Crown injuries in a radial are usually limited to and inch and a half, but are easily repaired. By easily I mean done with a very low failure rate. Most smaller shops like I had, quit doing such repairs because product liability insurance just isn't available. However Michelin, Goodyear, Bandag, and most retread facilities do them regularly.
Konsi jag h bhaiye
Looks impressive, but completely unsafe. 🙄
Only because the repairs was over manufactures specs. It's a bias ply tire though which larger repairs are possible. A crown injury for something like a Michelin radial truck tire is generally about 1 1/2 inches. The problem with a radial is they have body cords that run radially from beed to beed and patches for radials are reinforced with nylon or soothing similar. In a bias tire you can buy sheets of cord that you put in in layers crossing each other and make the area as strong as it was originally so long as the overall structure is intact. It isn't cheap though. The material is expensive and the repair shop has to have the equipment and training to make such repairs. I doubt the tire we saw here is within accepted manufactures repair specs, but you can repair a hell of a hole in a truck tire and do it safely. Michlin truck tire retreading and repair shops make repairs that would scare the average person to death, because they don't understand the engineering and make tires more complicated than they are
폐기 대상 타이어네요! 타이어 수리 하지마세요..
2:30 eska name kya ha or ye khase melega
Too bad rubber isn't the primary structural strength of a tire.
He used more than rubber to repair it, or it would never inflate properly. He added nylon cord in the rubber to replace what was removed.
@@Azznbad 😂
Shop ka address kya hai apka
Bhai a tyre kitna safe hota h...
In final output he is showing some other tyre...... He repaired vikrant tyre ..... Final output showing appollo tyre
GOOD WORKS.
Wow, that's some incredible work the tire technician did there. Here in the USA I think you can only patch a hole up to 1 inch or so. But pretty cool to see that this can still be done.
bhai electric wali lga lo
Pirelli could learn a trick or two from this lot...
Ascenso tyres are best tyres for trucks.
5:00 Yeh kya rubber hain? Batao pls

Pake tyre ki life kitni hoti hai?
Patching the tire like this is not the problem, exploding and killing people on the road it is. 👎
Steel or nylon
That outta hold

И это называется стремительно развивающейся страной ?
Учитывая нагрузку скоторой там ездят грузовики предстовляю ка может шарашнуть балон !
Kitna kharcha lagitha hey
These dudes try and fix everything. That is so sketchy and unsafe.
**Repairs like these are Cheap out in Asia** And it pulls the tyre through the remainder of its tread life. And then it’s time to Retread.! It’s not a problem out in these countries as the idea of repairing is a normality. I notice how we here in the West have been a throw away society for many recent decades. Less than 40 years ago ELectronics workshops with service Engineers were widespread. And now there’s barely one in 30 mile radius despite the Components being online. It’s the changing Environment outside our front door that ought to concern us. Far East is doing rather well having deep pockets compared to us here in the West. Sometimes when I see this sort of thing on UTube, I wonder why we have become so meticulous.

Iv worked in a tyre repair garage and even when a tyre is repaired with just a plug what weighs almost nothing it needs extra weights added to the wheel on the opposite side to counterbalance it, how on earth would you balance a tyre with this much weight added to one side? The truck must vibrate and wobble like a bitch.
Them trucks don't go very fast, road network is garbage. Most they'll go is 40-50mph
