Whats good sam, writing here since its the place i could find to, I started to feel more confident about my looks and feel like I can swear at people if they annoy me and tell them to shut the fck up, I have started to talk to people more often to seek help when ever Im trying to workout with the weights and started posing on the gym mirrors even though there are people wich I felt anxious about and now am not anymore, 1 thing I have to improve on is my bulking, its just that Im dont have all the money to spend on big meals even though I work a normal job (8 hours, montly payment etc.) Hopefully I will be able to spend more on food for my bulk next year, I will try to keep my comments updated time to time, great content btw sam, hopefully 1 day I be like you ❤

Problem with switching up exercises for me is that if im doing something new and that im unfamiliar with, i just can't focus as much on pushing it because a part of my attention is actively trying to do the exercise correctly instead of having that part taken care of by muscle memory. You can't learn AND perform at your best at the same time.

Its called anabolic resistance when you do the same exercise too much that was mike mentzers problem he said he solved it by cutting back on his amount of training to twice a week. by not stimulating the muscle for longer also gives it a chance to reset it. i switched to isolation twice a week because of this. i was able to increase my leg press from 280 too 310 so its working i was capped at 280 when i did it 5 times a week But i went from 150-280 and then I stopped gaining until i cutt back
What I do is Monday-chest, biceps, triceps..Tuesday-legs, back shoulders..Wednesday-rest.. Thursday- samething as Monday… Friday-samething as Tuesday
now that's a sick chest press machine. i've never seen one like that

You should try a finisher in your chest workout. After all the chest exercises try to do push ups until you drop to your knees then youll have the greatest pump of all time

I’m on day 71 of 1500 calories. My strength has been cut by at a 1/4 almost at this point. I’ve switched from free-weights to mainly machines and lightweight free weight movements to minimize risk of injury during the cut. So far so good.
71 day cut...the bulk must be near...
@@jeffreyandrews5254 yessssssa blesssssa. Going to cut for 30-40 more days which should put me at 180lbs @ 9-10% BF. Then I’m doing a clean bulk to 205lbs. I’m only 5’7” so I don’t think carrying much more than that will look good on my frame.

100%. My gym doesn't have that. There is an outdoor gym near where I live. There is a great chest press and Incline chest press, but they should have a little more weight. Otherwise they are perfect
