Rattle fixed, New Livery, Party Headlights!

This is really 2 videos in one! I fix an annoying rattle with adjustable sway bar end links. Then the BMW gets a full livery and headlights that are more technical than my i-drive. Ha! Check below for more details:

    • It's always been my goal to make my cars look clean and sleek as if it was supposed to come that way from the factory so this was totally out of my character and I was a little nervous but I gotta say, I really like the way it turned out! And where else are we supposed to hand our black ice air fresheners? 😂

  • Oh yea, finally a longer upload. Those calipers look sooooo beefy man. Bet this thing doesn't have a problem slowing down. Great work Jamie. Needle nose vice grips work great for end links with narrow grip.

    • @@JamiesGarage1 i used to do my own alignments when i used to live in the US. Had full coilovers with camber adjustments and holy hell does it suck doing stuff with the suspension loaded, not only that, shit loosens up even when tightened properly. A video about proper alignment and corner weighing would be amazing. Either string method alignment and/or laser would be amazing. Maybe laser align after string align and see how accurate it is.

  • Would love to see a proper corner balancing video (why do it, how it's done, difference between daily driving balancing and track balancing, how often it needs to be done, some good equipment to do it that doesn't cost and arm and a leg, etc...).

  • Love to see a collab w/ Rainman Ray's, since I believe you both are near each other. You two honestly make car repairs way less scary to do it yourself, or at least diagnose it myself. This channel alone made it less scary to buy a European car, because I like to work on my own cars.

    • They were a little low, I did top them up though with synthetic blinker fluid since these use LEDs.

  • It sounds fantastic even though it is a diesel. Totally cool headlights, I love them. Do you want matching rear lights. I am surprised that you do not have the adjustment plates for wheel measurement. You know any change to the undercarriage requires a wheel measurement, you should have learned that during your training. You make some good videos, but you don't have to be so busy and talk so fast. we're enjoying every second, so take it easy.

    • These are Apex Arc 8. My fronts are 17x9 ET30 and my Rears are 17x9.5 ET35. They're super light weight, one of my favorite wheels for the money
