Nope a normal jumping fish flung up there by the wave I guess or someone threw it. Flying fish are more sleek and agile. Wide pectoral fins/wings for "flying" but they really just skim across the surface of the water to evade predators etc. It's still super impressive when you see it in person.

He also discovered that none of those emails had been turned over when she departed her “Public Service” as Secretary of State which was required by law.
