And while I'm ranting don't stop on tracks for ANY reason. Even if there is a red light wait off the tracks to proceed.

    • You're right. Too many people get hung up on who has the right of way. At the end of the day, defensive driving prevents accidents, not being right. Is it worth causing a multi-car collision to prove you were right in court? Absolutely not. There was no question the Camry was being an asshole, but the person in the 4runner has to suffer because the cammer wasn't willing to yield his right of way out of pride.

The dash cam driver doesn’t not have to let an impatient driver over. If he had let her she would have been tailgating yet again the other driver in the left lane in front of them. I don’t know about you but I can’t stand when people do that crap it’s called reckless driving/weaving. If you think that’s ok your the root of road rage and if you let these type of drivers over all the time your the reason of why these people think it’s ok to do what they did.

  • The first cam car driver needs to have his licence taken away!! Overall observation? Leaving out the red light runners, how on earth can you crash at a four way intersection which is as wide as a football field?

  • 00:53 See everyone thinks he's a dumb ass for parking on the tracks to run and save occupants of accident...but actually he's pretty smart see...he's tired of his sky high payment and is just waiting for the train to come by and take the truck out...problem solved 😁 I know this stuff, I'm a Mexican!!! This is a full time day job for some of my people's 😂

  • 2.53...I will never understand these people. Okay, the guy tries to enter your lane which is shitty of him and it is totally his fault. But how stupid can you be to not use the breaks since it is obvious he is gonna do that stupid move? So many crashes I have seen are caused like that. If he had just used his breaks slightly, he would have avoided it. But no...His @@@@ would be smaller if that guy enter his lane like that...

  • Clip 12 is the one w/the broken down Mercedes and the camera car tried to go around but was hit? DISCLAIMER: The vast majority of people of Asian descent, are Good, Kind, People! I've never met anyone of Asian lineage that I thought was either rude, or unkind in anyway. Seriously I do not have any negative memories of any kind which is why I want to post this Disclaimer because in no way shape or form do I truly believe they are NOT bad people! ( just bad drivers ) Now that's out of the way: I wasn't surprised to learn that the driver of the camera car was Asian. It is exactly for this reason that I'm convinced beyond any doubt that he did NOT look over his shoulder to check to see if the lane next to him was clear before attempting the merge. It is possible, MAYBE, that he glanced @ his mirror before but like I said: MAYBE. Nevertheless it's not enough just to check your mirrors when you merge into another lane from a static start and this applies to everyone driving! *ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BLIND SPOT!* Here in the Bay Area this is one of the routine mistakes committed by (but not limited to)** Asian Drivers, the failure to check blind spots and by extension; the inability to correctly merge .*** _*except while driving_ _**Also includes the following areas: India, Pakistan, Southeast Asia, and New Jersey_ _***This is just one of many visual clues that you start to look for because once you know their Asian**, you can load that section of your 'defensive driving software' that will save you a needless accident_
