I've been loving this format, it has been so much fun to watch. Although I feel like they got high before recording today's show. But when things go off the rails like that, I enjoy it even more!
Reggie has a nice accent when speaking French! He even used the "si" instead of "oui" correctly (which is the type of yes to counter an argument). Impressed! I didn't know he speaks French.
Si means if generally, but as permblue mentioned, when used alone it's what we reply to a negative argument when we disagree with it. "You suck at french - Non. - I'm telling you, you're not great at French. - Si ! Je suis français, bon sang de bonsoir. Arrêtez de m'embêter maintenant. - Non. Absolooooment."

The reason prices are up and inflation is at an all time high is because of pandemic related supply issues and the tariffs that trump put into place in the last half of his presidency. Each president rides high or low on their predecessor’s success or failure in office for at least the first term. Trump was riding off Obama’s successes and Biden is riding on trumps bad decisions. Look at history. Always republican presidents putting us into financial holes and democratic presidents pulling us out.

Wow! I am impressed with the guy with sunglasses. The French accent and the expressions 😳. "Ouais" ("yeah")😮
The six minutes from 3:57 is extraordinary - the wonderful banter passing through Reg's pretty decent French and the Pamplona joke building to the helium cockneys, coming full circle back to James' closure with "Non! Absolument Non!" from the beginning of the clip is just amazing. It's genuinely a really well-crafted skit, and hard to believe that it was mostly if not entirely done off-the-cuff. Such great stuff.

When I was in the hospital for 2 months due to premature labor. She was my FAVORITE person ever !! And used to show me so many clips of Ian’s stand up !
