Hi Gayle, I made one of these altered books, and I followed your original tutorial. My friends just raved about it. I took it to the limits with collage, distress crayons, alcohol inks, etc. But it was your teaching me the nuts and bolts of "how to" that made my efforts a success. Mucho, mucho amor!
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with you explaining how to create this again. It’s so kind of you to help out the newer viewers. I’m apparently a day or so behind I don’t know how that happened, I guess working in my yard kept me from my KZhead duties. Anyway, glad you’re doing another altered book your Christmas one was fantastic. If anyone hasn’t watched her Christmas altered book go back and watch it it’s one of the best thing she’s ever done in my humble opinion.

Oh my! I love making an altered book with you! So fun! I have a lot of ephemera made for mine but I got stuck on the basic covering of the full pages, it has been since December since I made one. Love the beginning of this journal. It's going to be beautifulI love the machine embroidery too. My sister has a machine and it does a awesome job. I'd get one, but they are expensive !! Maybe someday
I always enjoys these series, I tried this one time with wet glue and it was a fail. Now I mostly use glue stick I love it. Thanks for the video & take care!
