Btw the name of the balance you are talking about is the type that StarCraft and fa has is called Asystematical balance. It's balanced but not evenly. Overall things are different for each faction but all the factions have disadvantages and advantages. Best example in faf is t1 land. Cybran is better at raiding with the fastest units. Sera and uef are similar with just a generally strong t1 tank. And aeon is based around utilizing apm and abusing range. But all the t1 tanks are formidable and can beat the others if played properly.
Unless it changed i think the issue with the anti air/artillery unit is unlike other faction artillery it doesn't track. So if the target is moving it is likely to miss. So you have to get the enemy to stop and fire at something so your artillery will land on units.
I guess the developers dropped the experimental assault tank.

I feel like the marksman could be really good in run and gun skirmishes or early game battles. they have good range which is good for information and can instantly destroy an enemy tank and don’t have the drawback of a long reload if they just kill all the tanks. (Like if it’s a 3v3 t1 tank battle)
Don't forget that they have a diminishing return after a few number they do a lot of overkills

I don't see an issue leaving it as a mod. To be honest it is not part of FA. It does not belong in the game. It is fine. I think adding them will push away older players like myself. I have played SupCom since it released and I do so because I like the game. I like the four factions. I do not mind having them as an option to play as a mod. But the core game should be left alone.
Did I miss you talking about the navy? It'd be nice if you did the side by side comparisons like you did in previous videos with the Nomads added in.

I think as a whole, the nomads are perfect, a few tweaks here and there but aside from that perfect, and for the part about balance, I mainly play supreme commander 2, the game where aeon have no navy , no artillery and no good early experimentals,yet are still one of the strongest factions, so what ever the nomads do for their uniqueness, it's not as seriously different as the sc2 aeon

I think the main reason why nomad is not implemented is because they where op at first and first impression die hard
For the missile experimental it's better then the Fatboy on stationary target
I think your rundowns are too long. I think you should make intros with bullet-points and then discuss the subjects as to-the-point as possible. It is impossible for me to follow this now.
