I’ve been waiting for another wireless headphone video! Just on time, sweet!
great review, great video as always, keep the good work mate.
Great review!! Nice peripheral for smashing the competition
Great very straightforward review there mate! CM really surprises nowadays
Just bought this headset mate thanks for the review, it really helped alot
I got this product over a month ago. I finally decided after watching your video. Thank you for this. I'm so happy with my purchase!
does the mh670's mic(used wired) sound the same as the mh630?
@@ichewwie I'm not sure as I don't have the 630. But considering the hardware, it should be the same when wired.
thanks i just had a bad esport tornamenbt and your voice for somever reason made my day
Great video fams. Sounds like a solid headset.
Great video fams, keep it up
Hi Nick, first thanks for all the great videos. And also thanks for the nice music!! I got a question. Did you used the MH670 on the Nintendo Switch with the dongle on the bottom port of the Switch? Mine doesn’t seem to work. It does work docked though... just wondering.
Bought these and the Presonus Eris on your recommend. Awesome stuff. Thanks!
Crazy how companies don’t include voice monitoring, that’s literally the most important thing for me.
hey i have that one question, is there a difference on the mic using it wireless on pc or using it wired with ur 3,5 jack i really like them but thats a tough one hahah thank bro nice review
How does the sound quality add to the mh50? Just wondering before I put my money into a pair cause I don’t plan on using the microphone and I’m better on some more budget, nice looking gaming headphones
awesome review. i have the corsair H2100 and i love em. one problem i have with wireless headsets are the batteries are not replaceable. would be awesome to replace em when they are done instead of throwing away a good set of headset.
5:00 wtf why don't i have that with my mh752 PS. Please review the Arctis 1 Wireless
Any chance of you checking out the audio technica ath-g1wl?
As a professional musician/composer/audio engineer (and avid gamer) myself, I consider myself highly scrutinizing when it comes to gaming headsets. I personally use the MH751 and fell in love with the sound quality of it. How would you say does the MH670 compare to the MH751? Which one sounds better? Which is more comfortable?
Hey Nick quick question I have the MH670 , do I have to use an audio splitter when using the audio cable for wired mode? I can’t get my microphone to activate. Thanks
How would you compare these to the HyperX Cloud Flight S?
ok i was about to buy them but after hearing the bad mic and no bluetooth .. ohh man ... what microphone are you using for the video ? it sounds really nice
Hi, can you do a review of the arctis 1 wireless? It does have a side tone via its software
Thank you Geer Seekers! After watching this I picked these up and am extremely happy with them. Well done to Cooler Master too.
After a month of usage... still happy with them? Serious question, pondering getting them. A simples yes o will suffice, but if you want to throw in wear and tear, pet peeves, all that, i'd deeply appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
@@alphapt9370 yes!
Out of 10 how much would you rate the comfort?
@@cloud6501 They're comfy. Not smoochy. Not hard. The only issues I have detected so far are that they are "squeeky" (when no sound is on, as it gets muffled when it is). The plastic sound, that I wasn't expecting due to the price, but it is metal on plastic, so it makes sense. The wireless range is not amazing, when walls are involved. The battery lasts long (you can go days without recharging). But that's one gripe I have with it. The display is just one light. And it never tells you how low the battery is, and you only are made aware when it's low. With all that said, for what you asked it's above average, so at least a 6/10. If the cups would be a bit bigger, maybe it would be more comfortable. Overall it's a 7/10. Just because what you find with the same characteristics are not even in this price bracket, and at least 30% more expensive. Hope it helped.
@@alphapt9370 man! Thanks for answering back, i appreciate it!
Finally it will come. Tq coolermaster.
Cool background ;D
some ppl are saying coolermaster headsets have some crosstalking problem is it true ? Does mh670 have the same crosstalking problem ?
Does the Ear Cups guarantees to remain as it is after long use ?
does the mh670's mic(used wired) sound the same as the 630 or 650???
Sidetone is a huge important feature for me especially for close coil.
Would microphone quality be better if the headphones are used in wired mode?
I just got this set on sale at microcenter and holy crap they are AWESOME for the price, especially the price I paid lol
Ey man, you should get on the new hot thing on the marked: Logitech G PRO X Wireless. You are the best reviewer for wireless headsets I've seen, so I really want your input on it before I buy them :)
This is the thing that I've wanted. A wireless version of the MH751 with a lot of accessories and improved sound. I have right now is my MH752 but I'm using it on my laptop and I'm not that comfortable with long ass cables connected to it but they really sound good. A little bit low on the bass side though. I do wanted a budget wireless headphone that sound good but reviews i found on other budget wireless headphones is either bad or average. I'll look into these if they even release it on Philippines. Probably will take a lot of months with the ongoing issues.
Kung gamer ka na mahilig sa bass di mo magugustuhan to but i prefer this instead of bassy counterparts. I would pick MH670 since it's updated with better sound for games, mic and volume controls within the headset and it's wireless. Yung MH751/2 is just a rebranded Takstar pro 82 with lower bass which I prefer cause I listen to music sometimes. Actually nag-iipon ako pera for open back headphones like Sennheiser pc37x. Wala kami aircon kaya mainit gamitin yung mh750 sa tenga in the long run.
@@SyntacticSyntax_ Boss, meron ka na nitong MH670? Supported ba yung Dolby Atmos app ng windows 10?
Which of these would you choose: Coolermaster MH670 vs Hyperx Cloud Flight vs Astro A40 TR. How do the MH670's compare with regard to comfort and sound quality?
MH670s are the most comfortable
Thanks! If ai don't care about mic or chat mix and just want a simple plug and play headset (PS4 and PC) would this be better of hyperx flight or flight S? Is there a lot of white noise? Does it sound good without eq or any special modes?
can someone recommend me if i should buy it or not ?? what are your thought .. i am using it mostly for gaming thou
i want to know when i use with 3.5 mute button is work but when i use usb receiver mute button is not working. Why ?
Good thing the two negatives about this headset are features i don't even use!
Does this support Dolby Atmos on pc?
Great video. I just bought the Corsair virtuoso but I’m thinking about sending them back. The sound is just ok. In your opinion what is the best wireless headset. Money no object. Sound and comfort top priorities. Thanks
Astro A50, Gsp 670, Arctic Pro wireless. I think they are all pretty equal. The hot swappable batteries on the Arctis Pro is awesome, the Astro A50 is really really good looking and a good all around, the gsp 670 sound very good but keep in mind that sound is subjective no one can really tell what suits the best.
@@bastosdansleursmeres5383 Also look at Audio-Technica ATH-G1WL Wireless
@@bastosdansleursmeres5383 Astro a50 is a trashfire
Mach wow that’s a clear-cut opinion, why do you say that my friend ?
Ls41...can't go wrong with them
can u please share your config, mine dont sound that good at all..
Think I've decided on this headset after hours of researching wireless PC/Xbox headsets thanks to your video. I REALLY hate that there isn't an RGB variant of this wireless headset. The wired MH650's have a beautifully subtle RGB pattern that doesn't light up a dumb company logo, but I really wanted a wireless option. Thanks for this review!
RGB would lower battery life.
@@Murtagh653 I wasn't worried about battery life. It's not inconvenient for me to just plug it in as long as I can still use it. That's what I do with my Blackshark V2 Pro headset. Just wish it had RGB
Would you recommend this over the HyperX ?
If the battery is drained can the 3.5mm cable power these? Can they be used while charging?
yes they can
Are there any good alternatives at this price with sidetone and wireless as well?
pls compare with arctis 1 wireless :)
Thanks for the review.. I'd love to upgrade from my 752 to wireless though i made those wireless with my FiiO BTR3 and if Coolers Master really still builds in Micro USB ports into their Headsets in 2020... well then nope. I'm wondering why no company wants to copy the Hyper X Cloud Mix just true Wireless plus Bluetooth for mobile...
Using FiiO to ur mh752 how was the sound quality? Is there any delay with the sound?
Any idea if these are based on Takstar headphones like the MH751/752 were?
They aren't. The Takstars use 40mm drivers.
Is this review for wireless or wired? Because the frequency response changes to 20Hz-20kHz on wireless and I assume the sound quality is also affected by this... I'm currently using ATH-A900X by Audio-Technica (the frequency response is 5Hz to 40kHz and it was priced $300 at the time of purchase), really enjoy wearing it, but I need a pair of wireless headphones. I'm trying to find decent wireless headphones for listening to music and playing video games without compromising audio quality and I can't decide from the list below, if anyone could help me decide that would be great: - Cooler Master MH670 - ASUS ROG Strix Go 2.4 - Audio-Technica ATH-G1WL - Corsair Virtuoso - HyperX Cloud Flight S These are my priorities for a wireless headphones: -> Low audio latency (You can find that wireless headphones have varying latency, rtings.com provides a list of headphones and audio latency @ www.rtings.com/headphones/tools/table/30173 ) -> Exceptionally balanced audio quality for listening to music and playing FPS games (for accurate directional audio) when used wirelessly. -> Comfortability during long sessions of use. What I don't look for on a wireless headset/headphones: -> Detachable/built-in microphone (Because I use a dedicated large diaphragm condenser microphone) -> Physical control buttons -> Mic monitor/Sidetone feature -> Visual appearance (including RGB/LED lighting) -> Weight of the headphones (unless it's so heavy that it will break my neck)
is the mh650 is wiref vers of this?
just got these, does your charging light come on when you plug it in to charge it ?
oh new wireless headset let's check it out! - no sidetone *closes tab*
Try the Audio-Technica ATH-G1WL Wireless - they have sidetone and a really good microphone.
The arctis 1 wireless has sidetone, smaller usb-c dongle and breathable cushions.
You can easily just enable this in windows without any lag or delay...
@Shmurda Lurda people with side tone generally don't have to speak as loud because they can hear themselves. The trade off is that if you have an extremely noisy environments, on some mics that will get picked up and relayed to you and you'll hear it. I always opt for sidetone, couldn't use a headset without it !
iRasta Incredibly strange that anyone likes this, I cannot stand hearing myself at all. If you feel you need to hear yourself to regulate the volume of your speech you should take one earcup off, or just stop being a weirdo lol
man love the vid and think i need this for my sim racing wink wink lol
Would the mic quality change if i use my old MH752's mic attach it to the MH670?
Use wired mode and the 670's mic becomes rlly good
@@TrizzlyYT thats what i thought, thanks
@@Madraxoo no probs
Which one is better? mh670 or mh751? why?
is there sidetone on the sennheiser ones?
No
Is there any heat buildup in the earcups?
No
This or the Arctis 7's for PS4 FPS Games?
cool master mh670 vs steelseries arctis 5?
I own MH-752 and totally happy with it (surprisingly with the small 7.1 card as well), however the dongle thing with MH-670 is definitely a no go for me as there is no point of being ''wireless'' without a decent bluetooth connection that you can switch between different devices.
Small review reply of mh752s? Any complaints or anything? They are my number 1 option right now so just wanna make sure getting the best gaming advantage for the 120 USD price range.
I actually prefer a 2.4Ghz connection due to bluetooth audio lag, it would never be feasible for e-sports use. Maybe if bluetooth in the future can catch up to the 1ms speed of the Razers and Logitechs, then it would be the better choice.
@@fernoflake can find dt770 for that price, it has both epic bass and imaging.
@@nonenothing4412 bit over budget in my country and need a mic, also heard they're not too great for competitive fps
@@fernoflake then my suggestion would go for my other headphone, to SHP500 + Vmoda Boompro. Fantastic headphones for both gaming, non-audiophile/beginner audiophile experience with this openback headphones. Just bear in mind that these do not provide a tight seal, so people can hear you.
does the mh670's mic(used wired) sound the same as the mh630???
Did you buy it? the mic is good whe wired?
I am seeking new wireless headset and I cannot decide Flight S , Arctis 7 or MH670. Do you have any advice? Thanks in advance :)
imo mh670 has all the bells and whistles like the 3.5mm cable which the rest dont have. but the flight S is the best wireless one for console and pc because of its connectivity. and the steelseries arctis 7 is the Console pick (especially PS4) its got good sounstage and a battery life long enough to keep you going. BUT the FLİGHT S and the STEELSERİES ARCTİS 7 are not multiplatform compatible so i would say go for the MH670 good quality great soundstage and all the bells and whistle you need
Multiplatform compatibility is the reason for me to choose mh670 so i ordered yesterday
Thank you for comment 👍🏼
@@dnzcbk Can İ ask where you ordered them because i want to but just cant find anywhere that ships it

I really want to know the Australian release date and pricing as this is perfect for my setup of ps4, switch and pc. Please cooler master share the goods with us because you've got another easy guaranteed customer here who's been very happy with their mh752.
If they knew the date I would have said. I asked them and they aren't sure. With everything going on in the world a lot of stuff has been delayed.
@@GearSeekers oh I know you didn't have the details and I hope it didn't come off as a complaint that you didn't. Just hoping we don't see a delay or we miss out entirely till next year because I regret not ordering from Amazon US before they stopped shipping from the US to Aus. Good content as always and stay safe
@@GearSeekers I messaged Cooler Master Aus/NZ on Facebook and they let me know that the whole MH6xx line is coming out late July/early August so the Australian wait is almost over finally. They only mentioned Jbhifi but I'm guessing other retailers will also carry it
Does the wireless work with xbox?
Very cool
How long before the plastic around the ear cups start to flake off?
It's not plastic
@@GearSeekers I seem to always have an issue where my headphones always start to flake apart after a few months. I guess it's paint or a coating of some stuff... Is this a common issue with headphones? Is there some maintenance i should be doing? Like amor-all or something?
@@stanleystriker7065 just buy new ear pads. Get a headset with replaceable ones. And yes it's normal, I've had my headset for a couple years and they have been flaking for a little while now. That's why I'm getting mh752.

How do these compare to the GSP-370?
To be honest if I had to pick between the 2. I would pick these. PURELY based on price. Sound wise they are similar. The main factor is comfort. The MH670s are more comfortable.
@@GearSeekers I love the comfort of GSP 300 and 370. They look a bit daggy but the design means they're firm but never tight on the ears if that makes sense?

does it need to be charged if im using the jack wires?
