@@SigmaChicken09 I feel like they’re definitely not redoing everything but at the tail end of the game lifecycle Game Freak pulls a SwSh and all the seven-star raids become available, probably randomly selected per day and not big events like Mewtwo.

Personal Azumarill choices for the last 2 attacks: Misty Terrain to block Confusion/Burn, and Tera Blast so once you go Tera your miss chance is taken care of. It hasn’t steered me wrong so far

I recommend having ice spinner as the fourth move for Azumarill, since it's 100% accurate, and super effective, making it a safe option for when you're building up tera charge or for healing after belly drum
Might as well run Tera blast considering it gives stab
@@antoninocuffaro2804 but that is only STAB when you tera. The way I was trying to put it as, is that ice spinner is essentially a set up move that can help you get a guaranteed tera, plus some healing after a belly drum.

I forgot how easy the early Unrivaled raids were. Compare Charizard to Venusaur and Blastoise, and it’s day and night.

I did this run last night and one of the other players ran Dachsbun and it was the perfect tank. Well-baked body made it immune to fire and being fairy made it immune to dragon :)
I love that pupper. One of my favorite new mons. Will give it a go tonight!
I've been using it too. Only problem I've been having is somehow Hurricane seems to be 100% accuracy lol. It's perfect if someone sets light screen up, usually a Sylveon.
@@zach6395Yeah hurricane wrecked me and I was quickly reminded why I hadn't used Dachsbun last time around, lol. Ended up using Sylveon in a group with another Sylveon and Flutter Mane. Still love using it where I can though.
@@CapRockout It's best for the physical based fire raids, totally walls them if they don't have the proper coverage.

I've had my Azumarill ready for over a year for this, been using it in dragon tera raids.
I would suggest dashubun as fire can't affect it, fairy as coverage and and out really help I believe

I tried the Flutter Mane build and absolutely pummeled this Charizard. BTW I've seen him use Tera Blast, which doesnt affect Flutter Mane at all!! Much much love from Mexico City!

I watched the old video before the raid and followed the flutter mane strategy from a year ago and it worked. Now have Charizard on all the accounts, even the ones I created after the first raid event. Turn 1 and 2 Calm Mind Turn 3 and 4 Fake Tears Turn 5 Draining Kiss Turn 6 and 7 Calm Mind Turn 8 and 9 Draining Kiss Turn 10 Tera and Draining Kiss Turn 11 Moonblast Still works without an issue.
I'll definitely take a swing at this on my next day off.
I finally caught the mightiest mark Zard. I missed the first time around because I was not done with the main story and I didn't have any Tera Raid build mon essential for the raid. Glad I got my very own!

Man, I really can't reiterate enough how helpful these videos are! Literally decided last night having not picked up the game for a while that I'd grind the Charizard raids. Austin used Flutter mane so I went back to his previous vids to figure the best shiny hunt methods too! Great quality vids dude! Got my shiny Flutter boi and straight into the raids with the recommended held item and moveset. These raids were lasting less than 4 mins 😂 Really appreciate the content dude! Keep it up!

This was such a helpful video. I ended up doing this on a group and between the four of us (all Flutter Mane), I’m pretty sure this battle lasted less than three minutes. Thank you for your advice!

Great guide Austin once again, Im using sylveon, tera type fairy Evs:252 in Sp.A , 252 Sp.D, 4 in health, max ivs, Item: covert cloak Ability:Pixilate moves: Draining Kiss Hyper Voice Fake Tears with the start of battle 3 fake tears with a draining kiss to heal if needed then just hyper voice and draining kiss as needed, tera up when ready should be about 10 turns or less for win.

This is a fantastic build, thank you! I’ve been farming for many herbas from this! I might try another build using Misty terrain because for some reason after about 4 raid farms I always run into a Charizard that constantly hits me with hurricane and nothing else 🥴
Just use sylveon- max special defense and special attack, covert cloak, calm mind x3, fake tears x3, hyper beam

max hp on flutter is slightly more effective than max special defense lol. but it shouldnt matter either way after a calm mind.

I love the war room!!!! I've been using skill swap Florges on this one. The strat is almost exactly the same as Flutter Mane, but Florges trades a little bit of SpA for a lot more bulk.
I'm hoping the next raid will be version exclusive DLC Paradox's: Gouging and Long Neck, and Iron Boulder and Tecyon Swordsman.

I used Flutter Mane (I have Violet, so not a great one) and it worked first try with no issues, even with someone showing off a not helpful shiny 🙄 I got 3 HMs too, thank you so much for the guide!

Lurked for quite a while. Really enjoyed your Zelda Tears of the Kingdom guides. Just got Scarlet yesterday after doing shiny Mew in 3DS virtual console version of Red (and learning coin case glitch for Silver for shiny Celebi). On the grind right now and hoping my old EV trained level 100 Pokemon will be good for the upcoming Tera Raid events. Just joined the Discord!

I did the raid 3 times and got 4 Salty Herba Mystica the first on 2 separate raids and the last 2 on the same raid
I remember just squeezing by with Dachsbun that first time 😅 Will definitely use the Flutter Man strat I think

I got a solo build i did myself for this raid. Dachsbun with fairy tera type Ability: well-baked Nature: adamant Item: shell bell Ev spread: 252 Atk, 252 Hp, 4Sp.Def Moves: play rough, snarl, work up, misty terrain. Dachsbun being fairy with fairy tera nulls all dragon moves. Well- baked nulls all fire moves. That leaves hurricane and focus blast. Focus blast with fairly low accuracy and it being fighting does nothing, so really the only move it has to use is hurricane. Which has same low accuracy accuracy as focus blast, even lower when he pops sunny day. Hurricane causes confusion which is why we have misty terrain. But even if you miss a misty terrain using a heal up puts you in a good position. Using snarl to initially lower his sp.atk and build tera. Work up to increase atk before and after he resets stats. And play rough as main atk.
Holy cow! That Flutter Mane strat is crazy effective. Did my first one and the battle went beyond smoothly. I'm naming her Dragon Slayer now, because she Slade it so easily. I could probably solo it once the events over and that's rare for me

Usually I use Annihilape with Rage Fist, Drain Punch, Screech, and Bulk Up
9:17 Ironically the FASTEST Solo Strat I have found success with is that mon in the lower left corner ;) Miraidon @ Weakness Policy: 252 SpAtk, 252 SpDef w/ Modest nature, Tera Dragon -Metal Sound -Parabolic Charge -Draco Meteor -Calm Mind Perfect fight goes like this, assuming no powerful Fairy allies or misses, etc: 1 & 2. Use Metal Sound 3. Parabolic Charge (can skip this turn if you don't need to heal) 4. Attack Cheer 5. Draco Meteor (no Tera), and that's gg if you got through 1-4 before hitting the 75% HP mark (which is right about the letter 'v' in 'Unrivaled') Calm Mind on turn 1 instead if your NPC squad includes Gardevoir, Sylveon, Weavile, etc since they cause too much damage too quickly; all else stays the same but the Draco Meteor will be a damage roll to KO. If a move misses, just try to land all the Metal Sounds you can and stall with Parabolic until turn 5. Take the death to refresh Hadron Engine, and go for a Calm Mind + Cheer + TERA-Draco Meteor once the shield is up. Have fun!
The Slowbro build still works
Fezendipiti with Light Screen has good survivability. Dashound, Sylveon, and Azumarril are all fine options.
Like Luigi once said "Piece of the cake!" I did some Hyper Training for Flutter Mane and got 405 SpAtk and 369 SpDef (Nice). Then I did the raid, but offline. Charizard barely did anything too me and the last three turns it was paralyzed! Went WAY better than the last two! The Mightiest Char is mine!!
Imo this raid was easier than venasaur and blastoise, I beat it solo on my first try with a ceruledge that I used on my play through team.

This one was so easy that I had this build from a different video of yours (though for you ut was the opposite) and the only thing I did the same was calm mind at the beginning twice and after the reset and tera when you needes to, but I did that without watching that part of the video. It was just too easy that it was easy to win
Thank you for this. Kinda wish more people watched these vids tbh - the games have been out for a year and a half, *and* this is the second time we've had the 7-Star 'zard, and yet for some reason people are still bringing Koraidon.
I soloed it with a slyleon holding a covert cloak moveset I've been using is Moonblast Draining Kiss Misty Terrain and Tera Blast with Tera type fairy

Didn't realize this raid ended sooner than the others did and got online to do it with friends. Now it's gone so RIP.
I figured I wouldn't be able to catch this Zard since I caught the OG Dragon Tera one from ages ago. Oh well, if I wanna get the items I'll do it but that's a maybe. I will at least watch this entire video for ya though!
I'm debating about still using the Gardevoir build during the first time this raid came out. Think you were the one who showed it as well: Gardevoir holding a Covert Cloak with the Trace ability. Fairy-tera Type with the moves Draining Kiss, Moonblast, Calm Mind, and I think Light Screen. Similar strat to the Flutter Mane

i use fake tears 2 time then then attack with moon blast or draining kiss for health then calm mind when he resets our stats than finish him
I prefer using Mystic Fire instead of Moonblast. Since it seems to reset his own stats like 1x only at the beginning and it makes charging the teraorb faster.
FLutter Mane for the clutch damn, using it to solo this den absolutely works!!!

I have a Sylveon build for y'all that I came across in a Facebook group. 1-Hit KO in 7 moves. 4 HP/252 SpA/252 SpD Tera Type: Fairy (Although this doesn't really matter.) Modest Nature Holding: Life Orb (Or whatever you want. I honestly don't think it makes a difference in this raid.) Ability: Pixilate Moves: Calm MInd, Fake Tears, Hyper Beam, Light Screen (The OP only used the first three, but I added Light Screen just for added Sp.D.) Turn 1: Light Screen Turns 2, 3, and 4: Calm Mind Turns 5 and 6: Fake Tears Turn 7: Hyper Beam You don't have to Terastalize. Charizard doesn't get to the point of putting up a shield. Easy 1-Hit KO. Works every single time without fail (As far as I've experienced.)
Azumarill was my go to the first time, so I'll use Flutter Mane this round 🙂

Primarina with moonblast and calm mind. Beat it in my first try with just under half the time left.
here’s another build for the people who don’t want use those. use sylveon life orb max special attack and special defence all but physical attack bottle capped turn 1 2 and 3 calm mind turns 4 and 5 fake tears turn 6 hyper beam OHKO (one hit KO)
A faster strategy I found which worked with me using Fluttermane is: - max Sp. Atk - max Speed - rest of EVs in HP - Metronome item - Lv 100 -Max IVs (Attack doesn't matter) -Fairy Tera type -Protosynthesis ability -Draining Kiss The only move you need to do is draining kiss. It took me 10 turns. Due to the metronome item, attacks gets stronger each time, and the move keeps healing you if you take damage. The high speed helped me dodge most of Charizard's attacks and attack first. Make sure you teraatilise as soon as you get the chance. The sunny day helps increase your damage due to protosynthesis.

If anyone want to play around with a mon that wasn't around the first time, I used this: Munkidori @ Shell Bell Calm Nature Ability: Toxic Chain EVs: 168 HP / 88 SpA / 252 SpD - Acid Spray - Venoshock - Nasty Plot - Light Screen

Last time, I didn’t have the Pokémon or familiarity required to face against mighty mark Charizard so it’s good that I have this opportunity now.
Just used Primarina Hp and Attack all the way up shell bell for the item misty terrain moonblast and alluring voice
Was hoping this would be the same as the first one so I could farm those herbs easier. Guess it's not to bad.
First attempt it fell in under 12 turns. 3 Sylveons and a Dachsbun. (I had a Max Sp. Atk Max. Sp. Def modest Sylveon) Ngl I think this charizard is the easiest of the 3
