"No Retreat No Surrender" US Cut Training Montage - Widescreen

This is a test I created, in which I took the video from the extended international cut of No Retreat No Surrender, and edited it according to the US theatrical cut. This also features "Stand On Your Own" by Joe Torono, missing from the international cut.
Aside from this, I've tested cropping the film in 1.85:1 widescreen, as the film was shot in open matte format. Anyone who's watched the UK and Australian DVDs (both use open matte transfers) will have noticed boom mics on the top of the screen, and the occasional safety mat on the bottom.
THIS is the real thing ! This is the RIGHT song for this Training montage ! The other one completely sucks ! ❤❤❤🎉🎉 We also had this cut in Sweden and this is the one i grew up with.
Man I love this movie, I still have my VHS copy of it. I should really watch it again.

This was the version I watched as a kid. With this soundtrack. Although the one on my Blu-ray copy I have now also has a good soundtrack. Bit annoying why they made multiple versions though.
Agreed. But it's cool too. Like finding out your dad had like a few other kids across the country. And they're rich and will help you out.

This training montage isn't complete without the pelvic thrust exercise whilst the human weight eats ice cream. It's like Mona Lisa without her smile.

@@lewisb73 the us cut is also missing the bar scene with his dad. And the international version is missing the club dancing scene.
@@Miller_Lite yeah I know about the differences, only one that hilariously stands out is the pelvic thrust ice cream clip.

Good job editing it, to look like a WIDESCREEN US edition, i wish MGM would just get the movie and remaster it on DVD or Blu-Ray.
Not enough money to be made... It's a shame. They should just allow the public to sort it plenty of independent studios that will put in the time to fix any issues just for the nostalgia factor. Same with other films / media. Just allow the fans to sort it out if you ain't gonna !

funny i got the soundtrack to this movie and this song is nowhere to be found.i was alittle dissapointed,this is a great tune.i mean,why couldn't it be on there? still a good soundtrack nonetheless,just saying.this tune could have even been a bonus track atleast. :/
