  • For a home set-up, I like to keep my mouse bungee on my monitor stand. It keeps it elevated and out of the way even more so. Personally I like the glorious bungee as the wire won't get stuck on the right angle of the other bungees (if you don't need as much wire of it as he does) as it's rounded :D

  • Hi rambo! Nismospoolin here. I was a small time CS 1.6/source LAN player. I was a hobbiest for years. I made a few bucks off winnings but nothing serious. Im 30 now and my “pro” or more “competitive” career has all but come to an end. I mention all this because, seeing as im 30, i picked up a lot if really bad habbits as i came up, one if which being i pick up my mouse a lot to reset aim, like after a flick shot or if i leave my field of control. Are there any good ways to break this bad habit? Using a wired mouse is almost impossible because as i pick up my mouse sometimes the cord will find it’s way under the mouse and ruin my shot/tracking even with a bungee. (I play on low sens so i leave myself a lot of wiggle room) pls send hep rambo, you’re my only hope!

    • That can work too if you get it just right. The springs on the bungee also helps with a little give on those longer swipes

    • I pulled it through the monitor arm and it works better than the bungee I have (zowie) because it’s higher and more above the mouse. Less cable dragging. At this point though I’m g pro wireless and that has been a very positive experience vs wired. I do understand some will be married to the cabled version of a mouse they like for various reasons.

    • Wipe the pads with water. Still moist, set it up again. Using mine for years and holds as if glued to the desk even after moving and repositioning several times.

    • @@Koonski You gotta wait till the moist surface dries itself. Adhesion will take place. At first it is gliding like crazy, but after a while it settles. I can even poke it with my finger without moving.
