That is a lot of fresh bluefin yellowtail Albacore tuna 🙂 I have albacore once in a while I seen blue & yellow fin on travel in Trinidad and Tobago people like it I never got a chance to try it not even at a seafood shack it always sold out I wonder what it taste like 😁✌❤

@@bradlin74 你裝一個透明板在前面, 除了作業上不方便使得作業效率低下之外, 還會讓作業員產生視覺上的一些誤差, 增加切到手的風險。

They throw nothing, the small parts and low quality meats will be packed and sold in supermarkets for low price
you must never have visited a food factory, they use everything, from the scrap to failed processed meat, they will redo it and turn it to another form. Sausage for example, you don't think it is made from prime and good quality meat don't you? They just throw whatever is left over and grinding it.

The tuna is super frozen, do they use liquid nitrogen? Cutting the tuna like pieces of wood. This is probly how tuna steaks become avalible here in USA,Seen simular at walmart for $15.00 usd

台灣早在40年前就有這種工廠了! 世界鮪魚捕獲最利害得是台灣... 日本有將近75%的生鮮鮪魚肉來自台灣! 說穿了.... 韓國中國都還是台灣的小徒弟呢!

BUT how is the texture and the flavor?
Perhaps it’s just ignorance on my part but I thought Sashimi was fresh not frozen
Most fish are flash frozen to be rid of parasites, tuna technically is an exception since they usually don't have any. However, the fish is flash frozen anyway because seafood degrades fast and it being flash frozen keeps the flavor locked in, so it tastes as fresh as caught once gently defrosted. Something like salmon for example, you would definitely want flash frozen due to potential parasites. If you aren't sure, there's no harm in still going for "sushi-grade" in the supermarket since the manufacturer has definitely flash frozen the fish before its left to defrost and cut and then put in the trays. The Japanese term for the parasites is anisakis iirc.

no , the ships have storage room to frozen the fish , the storage have so many small pipeline , use amonia gas through the pipeline to frozen , bcs i used to be work ship like that sorry my english bad
