  • Such a cool creature. Absolutely built for speed underwater. The way they are built is amazing to me. The shape allows for such bursts of speed and agility. Many studies have been done to try and recreate their shapes into vessels for military and commercial ocean going ships and underwater craft. It too bad they've been so over fished. Luckily a very large majority (probably 85%) are farm raised these days. They are still grown in the same oceans and waters as their wild counterparts it I just they are now raised in huge floating pens and fed a very controlled diet to produce the best end product available. There is a small quantity of wild, line harvested bluefins on the market however they can easily cost into the 6 figure amounts. It's crazy to spend that kind of money on a fish.

  • Tuna is my All Time Favorite fish meat when it's freshly catched on the day and then it is sliced and marinated with powder salt, powder white pepper and then it's for A grill ways of cooking or even on a fried tuna set. Then you should dipped it into A soysauced . I truly like this huge fish for it has A high value protein, less on fats but it has a succulent meat taste, for real! I couldn't ask for A more cup of rice when It has been served on the table! Absolutely so ever satisfying meal..😆

  • Awesome stuff , How he mastered the skills and how simple but the most delicious food is produced is watched by Envy. Only thing is Bluefin Tuna is actually a lot bigger besides that size Bluefin would be illegal to bring back to the port also Bluefins once at the port the Head and the Tail is removed immediately since the size would make it extra difficult to transport.. That looked more Yellowfin than a Bluefin but very fatty for a Yellowfin.. Still though i love how Japanese work on these. Beautiful.
