We talk about this type of thing in Brazilian JiuJitsu training and having to hold back when it does. You never know who that stranger is standing across from you. It could be an MMA fighter, it could be a holy man, it could be a criminally insane serial killer. My point is you don’t know, so why do something stupid when it very well could be the last thing you ever do? I’m trained in both Brazilian JiuJitsu and Muay Thai and I will back down and walk away from any and every altercation I possibly can. Even though I’m trained, I know there are guys out there 1/2 my size that would beat the breaks off me. Guys that have trained longer, know more, may be a professional, etc. Like Dalton said in Road House, “Nobody wins a fight.”
