Wooww nice terrace,,, when you introducing the house it felt me like it's a hotel room, then you said the same thing. Generally a large and multi purpose apartment,, it can be an office,,,,,, guest house,,,,, living space,,,,,, very useful home,, good luck

Can u show a house that has 4 or 5 or more bedrooms to sleep in because this one only had 3 bedrooms to sleep in. it will help a lot if you can do that

Bu paraya 30 tane daire alinir hepsi de kiraya verilir ve kiradan elde edilen paranin yarisiyla bu daire kiralanir. Nasil fikir ama?

- Bu Projede binalar birbirine çok yakındır - Trafik saatlerinden Balkonunda oturamazsınız -Sürekli Egzoz gazı ve Toz sorunu yaşarsınız -Gürültü Kirliliği de vardır Bu binalar bu parayı hak etmiyor bence.. Yalı Ataköy Projesi bu projeden daha mantıklı denize gerçekten sıfır.. Trafik gürültüsü yok deniz dalgalarının sesini evinizde duyabilirsiniz.. Daha çok arsa payına sahip olursunuz.. Yarın öbür gün önünüzün kapanması gibi bir risk yok.
