The way she speaks is addictive to listen to. I came here bcz of some youtube algorithm, had to finish the whole video thanks to the beautiful way she speaks.
Turkish accent, the language is beautiful to listen too as well
@@haruyanto8085 j lol lol
LOL you sound like an Italian American! We do the same; living room for guests, dining room for guests, dishes for guests, no shoes in the house. :) LOL oven as storage, check. Your house is superbly neat and very beautiful. So is your cat! Turkish mom sounds like Italian mom! :) Teşekkürler
Turkey and Italy are neighbors, so lots of similarities exist..family culture and social culture more outdoors etc
Asians take off shoes in the house.
@@DubCmusicTV yes, but ....
Turkish italian and spanish genetically similar too
Love Turkey and it’s people! Visited a year ago and just fell in love with the history, beauty, people, food, and the shopping! Thanks for your hospitality!
Come again. Take care 🤗
The same here. I was in Izmir March 22. Wow what a country. Loved everything of Turkey
Same I fell in love with it on my last visit last year I would love to move there
Thank you Nihan for opening up your home to us and to Can for the wonderful content!
Omggg empty nutella jars, especial plates for guests, putting stuff in the oven. That just like my home. Like I am from Bangladesh and my mom has does all of those things
You are so charismatic! Apartment is very nice, extremally clean and cozy. I love those bright colors. Yours Mother is a really good homemaker and nice painter. Some things are the same like in russian or latvian families homes. We also use house-shoes, drink a lot of tea and love turkish series :)
Cozy home abla 🏡... In Mex we prefer open areas like kitchen and living room, so you can chitchat to family while you are cooking in kitchen.
Verysweet! Nihan did a great job of showing her cute home!Love it!
Beautiful apartment tour! Specious, clean, bright and feels like a real home :)
♥️♥️♥️
It is a real home.
@@Booboonancy No. It is a Turkish home. 👌
@@therevolution91 Sorry. Yes, it is a real nice Turkish home 🤗
It really is!
So lovely. Thank you for sharing! :-) Beautiful Turkish home and very informative... My dream is to visit Turkey and learn the language. Living "on your own" is so overrated and a very Americanized way of thinking. Living with family has its positives too. More togetherness while we have our loved ones here with us, pull resources together and help eachother in different ways, save money, etc. I'm sure you'll be able to travel soon just as your sister has. 26 is a great age and you still have lots of time to enjoy the journey of figuring things out. :-) Love this channel!!! So proud of you!!! Keep it up guys!!💛💯😏
Most of the things is similar to Pakistani homes and culture. I really enjoyed it. Love Turkey from Pakistan!
It's more like Islamic with some Asian culture, both countries are Muslim majority
@@haruyanto8085 We are not islamic
What a beautiful cozy home ❤️ Greetings from California USA 🇺🇸
Hi you have a wonderful home. I moved here from Africa and I am still learning so much about 🇹🇷Turkey. The water spout in the water bottle has been under my kitchen sink since we moved here in February and I had no idea what it was until you showed it to us😂🤣 thank you very much for sharing. 😊👍
How could I have forgotten to mention what a Fantastic Artist your Beloved Mother truly is! Her paintings should be on the worldwide market!! If possible, I would love to purchase some of her work. I would truly appreciate 🙏 and enjoy them. Have a Peaceful day.
We have damacana in Brazil...and the sound track in the vídeo is Brazilian music 🎶🎵👌 yes? And! Yes! we also live with our parents until marriage 💑!! Good for you turcs!!!
Absolutely beautiful. I have visited your beautiful city of Istanbul. The people are wonderful the culture is fantastic and the history is amazing. The Turkish people are extraordinary God bless you and your fantastic country. Kind regards from the United Kingdom xx
Such a lovely home, looks pretty and comfortable. Rugs are very necessary with wood or vinyl floors, my house too has rugs in every room. Also we have the everyday dishes and the special dishes...they take up a lot of room.
You have such a lovely home! Looks cozy and comfortable 😊
Pretty much everything is for the guests haha Really loved the presentation. Love from Ethiopia!
shows you how sociable Turkish people are and how well they treat their guests.
We need more videos of Nihan! Love her💕
Nice video made by a Turkish sister and everything were looking beautiful and well decoration inside the flat everywhere specially the paintings were looking so beautiful and i love it. Thanks to your mom. Love from Bangladesh as a new subscriber.
Beautiful home ! I love watching all the time, I can't wait to visit turkey again 💗
Is it expensive in Turkey?
@@ATrainTravels nope everything is cheap
@@ATrainTravels according to currency it is not expensive for foreigners.
From Ireland, thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Mum should be so proud of her entrepreneur daughter. Loved your mums paintings, great talent.
Thank you so much for showing us a very personal thing like your home, it’s really cozy :)
This is a beautifully presented home. From UK perspective the rent is is £140.00 month at today's conversion rate. Turkey is becoming an advanced country and great destination for new life.
Yes, your mom loves her glassware! Very cute! Also, your mom keeps a VERY clean house. Very nice.
Thanks for showing us your beautiful home and introducing us to your beautiful culture. Love it!
I just love the fact that yo so real like this is what everyday homes are like not wat most people show on social media 😍😍

O espri bizim gibilere yapılmış :)
It’s so cosy and neat. Very comfortable and nice.
It's so great to note how affordable Turkey is. However it masks the tragedy of a collapsing Lira. The poorest struggle the most because of the currency crisis. But yes. Good prices for those who can afford.
It is affordable for you not for the citizens
@Mr chef turkiye is my country and as i said and also you said it is not affordable for us. We are in deep crises and for foreigners this country can be heaven but for us, it is hell and if this government continues i dont know what is waiting for us
@Mr chef what a nonsense answer. Why?

Nihan you are such a gorgeous soul
she is hilarious 😂😂 I love her lol what a cute apartment and so clean😍 that's what I love about Turkish people
yup
Love your cluttered house❤looks so homely x
So nice and cozy! It's very similar to italian houses ! Thank you for show us your house!
Same region , similiar cultures too like food and family values and socially outgoing more
Seems like Mediterraneans have a lot in common
It makes your room dark, like my soul 🖤 hahaha! Also, I dont think i've ever seen so many plates in my life. Thank you so much for this video!! 🇬🇧
I feel like wanting to be the guest of the house for a while!
Is this her Chanel, I really want to follow her KZhead Chanel! Bless her, loved her energy!
Only Azeris would understand Turkish people in living with parents for a long time😃😊🇦🇿❤️🇹🇷Very interesting and fun video😍😍 Teşekkürler!!
And Syrians too, especially from Aleppo :) our languages are different but our customs and cultural habits are very similar. Many Syrians live with parents for a long time, sometimes forever. So we certainly relate to that :) Thats what makes Turkish, Azeri, Middle Eastern culture beautiful: we respect and truly love our parents. They certainly deserve that love and support despite their roughness sometimes. Saygılar ve Kolay gelsin!
@@amersassila To the best of my knowledge, Turkish and Azeri people don't like to be called Middle Eastern.
@@sankalp4673 I dont blame Turks nor Azeris to not call thenselves Middle Eastern. I say the same about myself as a Syrian, considering Im a mix of Turkish and Circassian. The idea of “Middle East” label makes no sense anyways. How can something be in the middle and east at the same time? If there is “Middle East”, then where is “Middle West”? Very strange thing honestly…
@@amersassila Do you speak Adyghe?
@@amersassila indians too live with their parents unless they get married
Paintings are very beautiful 😍😍
Your home is typical to that of a Maltese home! Also most young folk live with their parents until they have their own life. No shame about that. Lovely video , looking forward to more of your videos . God Bless you all
Mediterraneans have a lot in common
You are soooo lucky! A 3bedroom flat in Istanbul for 200$? I came back home after 13 years away & try to find a flat in a suburb of Thessaloniki (a 2 bedroom preferably) & they ask for 350-400€ for an apartment in an old building! I should move to my beloved Istanbul
@@bahattinpeker2212 yes, I realise the gap but, it is Istanbul, not a small suburb. Anyway, no one really gives a damn for our well-being, we must try & enlighten our lives,. Take care

Great apartment. So bright and clean. Your presentation was very informative and light hearted. The special “guest “ towels and china are normal to me. Thank you for showing me a different side of Turkish family life. American living in Liverpool, UK.
Great flat and certainly a great sense of humour, I love this city. 👍🏻🏴
Nice home!!! I liked the fact that you prefer to stay with your parents and that brings value to our customs
Hi 👋
Hey Nihan, thanks for showing your home
Lovely home and a charming host. Thank you for the tour.
Nihan is so sweet and cute. Great video!
This is the thing İ loved most about İstanbul. İt's a Tier 1 world-class city, yet the rent, the cost of living, the groceries - everything is so cheap it's unreal. And how can food so good be so cheap? İ heart you Türkiye. Oh, and sweeeet home you got there Nihan
Its not cheap for people earning try. Minimum wage is around 230-250 $ a month. %50 of Turks earn around that salary.
Its cheap to you not us
@@alpt1980 it is so less
its only cheap if you have US dollars, Euro's, or British Pound's.
Actually İ live in a developing country myself (not a dollars-or-pounds country), but the cost of living in İstanbul is actually cheaper than in my town, despite it being a megacity. That's what amazes me about it :)
Love that horse painting. It's beautiful
Thank you very much that was very sweet sharing your home with us I’m Egyptian and I live in USA also I’m planning to visit Istanbul this Summer and I may stay there. Thank you very much your very sweet.
Thank you so much for the tour. GOD BLESS.
Thanks for showing your home, nice modern place much like homes here in U.K. I watch your Turkish lessons, your mom's painting are great. Best wishes. Faqir Mohamad.
I saw the whole video and it was so simple and interesting. And the apartment was really so😍 beautiful. Thanks for her great explanation. I enjoyed🥰 the video in KZhead after a long time. Hope to you will go ahead soon, InShaAllah. #secondtimecommented
$200 USD is very affordable for us Americans. And what I can tell by the view from those windows would be an additional cost in the US. Something like that in our most expensive metros in the US would run up to 25x and beyond 🤯
2500 smth like that?:))) You don't live in the US. 3 beds all staffed and furnished will cost around 4000-5000 per month
@@becksigizmund4549 - I live in the US. You fool! I've lived in the Bay Area and Seattle. And you will pay that much in those parts. Not furnished.
@@becksigizmund4549 Lmao stop lying. Majority of the states here in the US you can get a 3 bedroom for 2500 or less. The only states where it isn’t possible is NY and CA.
@@dont375 u don’t live in USA ..lol a one bedroom and one bathroom these days is 1800$ to 2000$ and a two bedroom starts at 2400$ these days so imagine a 3 bedroom apartment I have not seen less than 3500$ here ..what in hell are u talking about that a 2 bed will be for 2000$ ..pls keep living in dream world …and I know cis I live in USA and currently looking for an apartment after selling my home so I know what I’m talking about infact I’m thinking of moving to Turkey I’m so fed up with the prices here and everyday shootings and killings and paying high Taxes but still don’t get proper healthcare seriously Europe and Turkey are so safe and so great with their healthcare too
That was awesome.......Thanks for sharing.
Your family home is stunning and beautiful, Nihan! Thank you so much for showing us! If you don't mind me asking, what part of Istanbul is this?
Yeah exactly … I’m paying so much more and everything I find is extremely expensive and it’s 1+1

Loved your presentation dear. Specially when u told that if the kitchens have ears... All the very best for your vlogs.. Looking for some more. Love from India.
That's a beautiful and tidy apartment on very reasonable rent. Thanks :)
I met my boyfriend from turkey online. 🇹🇷 he's amazing. I'm watching these videos to help me understand him more. He came to America a few months ago on a work visa. He visited me from a while, but we livecin different states. There is a lot for him to adjust to.
I don't understand how you can find gf/bf online. I have been a member of several sites for 4 years, but none of my speeches could pass the preliminary meeting. Hundreds of messages are coming from Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Latin America countries every day. Mostly golddigger. But, Interestingly, Indonesians, Filipinos, Thais and Latin Americans living in Western countries do not even respond to my messages. Frankly, I have no problem communicating with women. I am already a preschool teacher and while I was studying at university, 99% of my friends were women. It still is. I think it's impossible to find a like-minded person online. Because everyone is trying to look better than they are, but they are very hypocritical. Living in a collective culture like Turkey is torture for an introvert. Here, intovert is perceived as antisocial. Those who don't talk unless they find something worth talking about are seen as losers here. Turkey is the hell of gentle, kind, rule-following, calm and intellectual people.
@@noksyesvs well imet him in the comments of 9gag. It lasted a year online, but I broke it of in feb, a few months after he moved to USA. He ended up being super jealous and telling me i can't hang out with my friends, not even the women... so yeah. Ug.
@@ElectricGhostI’ve heard that since I was a child that Turkish men are pretty jealous kind.
@@noksyesvslol Filipina here. What app are you using? I’m familiar with dating apps but I only used it once out of curiosity. I’ll give you some info. Educated Filipina don’t really like using dating apps to date foreigners. Because men just use it to fool around. I’m not saying all but many. Also, I only know one or two people that found their partner online and but the other one is kind of problematic. both of them are introvert and they’re dating were foreigners. The first one is my sister’s best friend who met an introvert too. They got married after the girl graduated. The other one is my best friend who is also an introvert. With the gold digging thing issue, be careful because it’s true many can really be like that. If a Filipina is dating or getting married with a foreigner, people will joke around even if it’s not true, "may naka-ahon na namang Pinay". It translates to, "a Filipina is saved from poverty". So middle- class and above Filipinas are avoiding to date foreigners through online apps like tinder even dating them if they didn’t meet in like workplace, organization. The only acceptable dating apps here are Christian dating apps. And many passport bros here who are 50ish married half their age that made them look gold diggers. Also, many mixed people here are the result of US military promiscuity with bar workers. So it’s kind of embarrassing joke here if you’re dating foreigners although it’s kind changing. When I was younger people would joke why I didn’t have bf yet and to end the conversation I’d say I will marry a foreigner. And they would laugh about it. I don’t know if this help but I think the best way is to go out and travel and meet people personally. Talk to the locals and make friends with them. That’s the best way to really know a person. Also please avoid those that are half your age. You’ll be stared at. Happy dating!
I met my boyfriend online Instagram, I’ve to Turkey İzmir Very beautiful. We have been together for awhile now. Going back December this year, but this time with my sisters to meet with his family!! Just love his family!! ❤❤❤❤❤

You are an adorable hostess. You remind me of my own daughter. Your home is very nice. Where I live (USA), the similar apt would be no less than $1000 USD per month. My favorite part of your video is that you too use the oven for storage....haha! Your mom deserves a "shout out"...Bravo Mom, for the paintings and for creating a loving space for your family.
