  • One of my favorites so far. Did it on my lunch break while watching clouds. Stopped time and gave me LSD flashbacks.

  • There's a significative improvment of your videos quality, with cinematic shots and some kind of 70's movies texture, really appreciable, and surely a certain amount of work behind that all of your watchers should be grateful.

  • I've mentioned, during the breath retentions I feel so peaceful and calm. I always return to the breathwork for self-love before sleep. I like the holds, I feel my body tingling and sometimes it's like my energetic body is floating, as if it wants to break away from my physical body, strange but amazing feeling. I heard about a breathwork method for astral projection, a technique by Todd Acamesis.

  • Probably my favorite video of yours. Love the pace, and that you hit the longer breath holds early on, those do something special for my mind and body, and all in a very short time. I do this every morning, during and after work depending on my current headspace. Even around bedtime sometimes Thanks for your contributions to a more peaceful life 🙏🏾

Cant express in words how much your videos have changed my life and ignited a passion for self discorvery, I have had very profound experiences with your videos, but have noticed some of them make me feel like suddenly im connected to a powerful energy source and have full blown shakes arching my body and making almost yoga positions mid session, (with trippy visuals) sometimes I contain them to follow tru the end of the session but sometimes its just too powerful, any tips or tricks for this, is very overwhelming, it doesnt feel bad but its quite intense, thanks from the bottom of my heart ❤

I have a huge request because a lot of times I don’t hear exactly if breathing is done through the nose or mouth- I’d love if you can put details on screen or in description. This one I rewound intro several times and still kept missing it so then I have to zoom in and try to figure out if you’re breathing through your nose or mouth.

  • thankyou Sandy! Question Sandy, I often experience situations where I am often stressed, feel depressed, feel stuck in my daily life so that I have experienced panic attacks that are quite severe. Currently, the panic attack has not appeared, but the signals for the presence of anxiety are so sensitive that often in daily life getting the slightest information, anxiety is easily present, When practicing this breath, in the middle of the session there is a feeling like tightness, it is very difficult to breathe freely, and the sensation in the chest feels cold, gripped, so a sense of anxiety arises, is this normal for someone who is easily stressed when practicing Sandy's breath? thank you!
