I only started following these breathing/ meditation exercises about 4 weeks ago and one thing i noticed is that some of them can help you identify certain issues / emotions which have been stuck and need to be addressed. I had been trying for many months to surpress a particular issue but one of the videos brought it to the surface. I needed to accept a particular situation in order to let go and move on. I scrolled through this channel and found exactly what sessions I needed and they have helped me to overcome the issue in a very short space of time. I am forever grateful 🙏

One of my favorite breathing techniques is extended exhales. Just two minutes of deep breathing with longer exhales engages the vagus nerve, increases HRV, improves decision-making and helps regulate emotions. i dont know why all these meditation practice feel much better when i take an energy drink. Its more satisfying to calm down since these drink give good energy, plus i can hold my breath much more easily like if my lung power and diaphragm are more performant with the energy drink effect.

I make quite a lot, just don’t label them as such. Look in the “calm breathing” playlist. Most people start with the strong breathing, then later on fall in love with these slower methods

Thank you for another powerful video! Side note: Not sure why but every time I do breathwork I get tightness in my hip flexors. The whole rest of my body feels amazing afterwards but I feel as if I’m holding on to some energy in my hip flexors. Not sure if that’s a breathing thing, mobility issue or energy getting stuck in that area. Wondering if anyone else has felt that?
i usually become aware of tightness afther breathing too. Maybe is something that we usually don´t notice but that is always there.

Do as you're capable to do. No stress... the improvements will come with time and when your body is ready to go further :)
I watched your videos probably 50 times between different videos, but I’ll be honest it’s really difficult to tell when the end breath is and when the outright is, I found this to be true with most of your videos so I pretty much just have stuck to the same one an 18 minute video with Sufi breathing psychedelic breathing And I think one more breathing type just saying this, so you know I maybe other people feel the same way as me maybe you can make the distinction more clearly, which is in which is out and I say it more clearly or louder in your video, I’d like everything else about the videos the music in the presentation but it’s very difficult to discern.
