Ingredients:
1-2 tsp vegetable oil
40 grams of butter, you can do without it
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon flour
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
200 ml. grated tomatoes or 2 tbsp. tomato paste, a glass of tomato juice
chicken thighs
a few peas of allspice
Bay leaf
greens: cilantro, dill, parsley.
