Xm1r main buttons or the rgb version main buttons feel more premium in your opinion? Not the lighter nor the faster but which ones feel more satisfying to use?

Nah zowie deserves it. Laziest company imo, just going for profits. They say " We do not want to give our consumers a different tracking feeling" All bull. All they want is money

Watched a couple videos of yours, the presentation is very nice and you're very detailed with the descriptions so subscribed, just that sometimes the speech is a bit unclear so it can be somewhat difficult to make out what you're trying to say.

Man I used to love the XM1, but after trying the Viper mini for only 30 bucks, I realized that the width of the xm1 was actually hindering my aim, so I'm really excited to see how their mini xm1 turns out, because it's very hard for me to go back to my old xm1.
Same for me. I think I'll stick with the viper mini because I like the shape more than the xm1
I have similiar issues with the XM1 shape, but not because of width!
@@hausgaming Is it the length for you? I find that I play claw but my fingers tend to move for microadjusts, but the curves on the xm1 are in all the right spaces to make micro adjusting with my fingers unnatural

Striving to be better is always the goal that should be aimed for, not just stay stagnant. Especially the sensor im glad they're not boring and staying with same old 3389 and upgrading to the latest and greatest Pixart sensor available. Any improvement no matter how small is appreciated. Also for people who care the Pixart 3370 is much more power efficient compared to 3360/3389 those were inefficient power hogs. Hero sensor for example was like 15x more efficient than that, think 3370 should be up there

I remember when you were below 1000 subs and look at you now, over 2.15 thousand subbs. Nice indeed. I agree with you on the review man. If you are looking for the switch upgrade or just gotta have it because it's Endgame gear get it. If none of those things matter not worth the upgrade from the two other units out already. Same shape no change. If you have never had XM1 then get it. You won't be sorry. I have both the XM1 and the XM1 RGB. Love them both but just a little to big for my hands to be honest so yea I am looking forward to the mini XM1 but as long as they don't go Model O - small. That is too small.

I'm assuming those xm1 v2 sales are in Europe, because most places selling the xm1 online in America have gotten rid of the v2.
I'm from europe and in my country's retailer ther isn't any big sale either I might have to check other europe country retailers
I'm debating between xm1r and rgb... always had rgb mouse, i feel like without rgb it feels plain especially when you can barely see the endgame gear branding on the dark frost and dark reflex.. what do you think? btw how is the coating? is it same as rgb? is it slipery? i wish they put rubber on the side...
Coating is really good, I don't need RGB myself so I would definitely get the XM1r, but up to you!

Clicks feel good, but I have a preprod sample. Production units should have better clicks!
Great video. Is it possible to use those new big feet on the older white XM1?
You might need to sand the bottom of the v2 a bit to not get scratchiness or lift-off/tracking issues, but I am not 100% sure as i haven't tested.

It ends up being VERY expensive for what you get because of shipping price, so probably nor sadly :(

i wanted to ask if you can put the tiger arc1 for xm1 onto the xm1r and if the difference is big and could potentially be too fast
It's not a large difference, but aftermarket feet are always better than stock feet!

The XM1r is not worth the upgrade from the last XM1 model. However, it's not unneeded. I see a lot of people complaining that the updated version shouldn't have been sent out but imo If you're going to keep manufacturing a product might as well add the little upgrade. Let's just hope that they're working on a wireless version.

No it's not, but m1 and m2 are quite rarely exactly alike. I've got like 3 mice out of my 30 that have the exact same click feeling on m1 & m2
Same for me. Just the opposite way. Right click is perfect with no travel, light and tactile. Left click is stiffer with a bit of travel. Gonna return it.
Same here. M2 is a bit louder and more tactile. Not a big difference though. Both feel good imho.

The drivers are not available yet, they are still in development afaik. Should be out soon!
The configuration software is not out yet. It says "coming soon" on their website, in the downloads section. You can update the firmware with the firmware update tool for the time being. The mouse works without software but yea I hope they release the software ASAP. I want to change/disable the side buttons. There's a button on the bottom of the mouse which enables changing CPI and polling rate.

You can join the Discord server of r/mousereview and see if there is a way one to be send to you , as there we have active represantives of EGG , assuming you have no Endgame Gear retailers in Chile. Also keep in mind even if you have retailers , they'll have the mouse at least around February.

hey man, I have 17x10 hands, relaxed claw XM1r or the M42 I think the M42 would be better shape but it's £60 compared to xm1r at £50
M42 would be the better fit for your handsize. But it depends on your preference. XM1r can be just as good for you.

@@hausgaming I bought an aerox 3 wireless and man it is underrated. No QC issues on mine except button wobble and the shape is rly nice, same with the coating.
xm1 and xm1r side buttons are it bothers me and mouse wheel wronge place not ergonomic.
RGB is an instant turnoff for me when it squeezes its own useles and needless bandwith inbetween your mouse signals and steals from cpu cycles as well. Incredible why there is a trend like that.

Yes on my unit, but the preproduction samples don't have the final click tensioning/switch actuation force necessarily. The hollow sound should not be affected by any changes to these though.
