Simply amazing. Totally professional. I worked in the aerospace industry for 36 years 13 of them at Boeing company. I have made thousands of parts for Boeing aircraft many of them for the 747 platform both cargo and passenger aircraft. How something that can weigh as much as 800,000 pounds can gracefully get off the ground and stay in flight is an absolute miracle.

I remember my flying career on 152 and 150. cessna's. I had a try on a 727 simulator just on a visit to TWA. And the coordinator was amazed that i did well. To advance your flying career like Capt Obet did is amazing. And to be so outstanding a pilot is just God given talent. Capt Obet may have a decade left to fly before he retires. I had to laugh at 12:22, the world is round. My favorite part 33:44, hearing the AP being turned off. Two of the nicest pilots I've ever listened to and very knowledgeable of the 747. I'd love to fly with guys. Another great video JP.

Captain Obey. Lovely video I lived in Zimbabwe for 3 years when it was Southern Rhodesia. My dad was stationed at RAF Thornhill. That was in 1949 in the days when it was not easy to fly from the UK to Africa. Even though I was 5 when we left I still remember local people well. And how friendly they were. I never had the chance to return. I got my love of aircraft from listening Harvards flying over and even spotted one with a misfire. Good luck to you

Love cargo flying. Never flew the -8, but had the opportunity to fly the 747-400 from both seats, although was always with pax. You guys are wise to be using ANR headsets.
I fly both the 4 and the dash 8. Not missing much.

@Adair9800 The BCF are the worst. Thankfully, my company has only 2 of them. The 4F and the 8F we have the 2 rooms in the back.

I have watched Aviation Videos too numerous to mention and that has to be one of, if not the best I have seen. These two Gentlemen are a credit to their company, they explained everything in so much detail and made it so interesting that you wanted more. Captain Obet is a very experienced Pilot and that comes across just by listening to him but there is no edge to him, just a nice guy. Well done Gentlemen, that was a pleasure to watch 👍👍
