Been around dogs all my life - no “expert” by any means but.... did not like this. Imo this golden was stressed&puppy too for way too long . Wouldn’t it have been less stressful if puppy on floor for meeting? He scared to death & couldn’t get away at all. Sorry ..couldn’t even make it through the video ☹️. Watched many of these pet & baby intro videos & never had this reaction before - usually love this stuff - this was disturbing
@@sheiladanceme1885 to me it seemed like the golden was trying to start parenting, and hooman kept blocking that. That golden is a dog of high intelligence. Once that German Shepherd reaches full adulthood, they are going to have so many adventures together.
Golden does his absolute best to please and has an immense amount of social IQ and patience, while at the same time having a lot of energy! It’s a rare combination because usually dogs at this energy level would have growled at the puppy early on.
I know it is about the dogs, but the owner's face tells he's a good hearted man. Cheers, man.

The last time I got a dog was a rescue 5 years old so much better no training no listening to them whining no more cleaning up poop in the house till that trained although I did like all my puppies but as I get older I rather have an older dog

It's amazing how German Shepherds change when they grow up. Rocky looks very different now.
The Golden Retriever has accepted his new friend with love from the start. Adopting the pup as if it was its own. Tails wagging with playfulness and affection. Just be sure to give them the same amount of love and attention.
Bailey meets too many new cute little creatures these days. It is overwhelming haha.

It's not scared, German Shepherds are just inherently whiny (I've had German Shepherds my entire life, I love them to death).

@@askapk He forgot the word 'you'. I guess he's responding to the comment that the pup misses his siblings and mom which is true. The puppy at least needs to be held instead of recorded. How can anyone just let an animal cry? I think puppies need to stay with their birth families for at least 8 months anyway.

It's funny how Bailey was so distant from Simon upon first meeting. A little less so with the Bengal, and so forward with a new puppy. Now - a year later, they're all best buds.

Aww there’s no way on this earth that a golden retriever would harm anything let alone a baby pup. They are the sweetest dogs ever - I know because I own one who lives with two free roam house rabbits and a pigeon. Beautiful dogs through and through. ❤️

Same thing happened with my 11/2 yr. black lab when we introduced our Pug puppy to our family ! Beau was great when the first 2 hrs, went by. The longer Gus stayed, the more indignant Beau became. He was a concern to me .the look of sheer hate(?) towards Gus caused me to be very watchful. When Beau condescended to look at the pup, I was thinking. ‘’Oh, oh, now what ?”Took a few days before Beau showed the Lab nature !(alright, I’ll tolerate the little squirt!”). They became firm buddies as Gus matured.

my heart rises. I find it so wonderful that these dearest living dogs everywhere in their home also let their owner sleep for example on the coutch or in bed. Yes dogs are so generous . compassionate love from me

@@mariahgrimes207 i will watch n will subcribe ,like n share as a way to encourage this ppl to come up with more videos. This can help them to get income from YT when they get more vierwers.. Its the only way i can help as I don't hv much to give. I do my own personal rescue strays in my own country, too..as there was a mass culling of dogs last year..cos of rabies cases..which could be solved by rabies vaccines but ppl of authority love to take the easy way to get the job done. I saved as many as i possibly can but..i still hv nightmares..n depression . It was too much for me as an empath n animals lover.. So everyone , with a very humble request...may i ask for your support to watch ,like n subcribe as many animal pet or rescue channels. I know they can use the incomes. Having a pet means another mouth to feed...lets not forget the Vets bills ,too. Lets show the love n encourage ppl to do more videos so more will want to hv a pet. Hopefully to see more local dogs too, mongrel...they can be cute ,too. Bo Labrador is from Vietnam..i think. Theres many great pet channels but i do not know how to type their names as its in Vietnamese... I am grateful to these ppl for having dogs as pets as you know what happened to dogs in this region... Bailey loves getting sole attention of his owner but its nice to see its owner is gentle, understands its concern and doesnt rush with things.
