EXCELLENT BUILD. CAUTION...always keep your load as LOW to the ground as possible when traveling with it. You never want it high when its moving. Its center of gravity is above your capacity. Good Job!
Ide bagus untuk mempermudah pekerjaan.....terimakasih telah berbagi ilmunya kak.... 👍👍👍
I really like how you use the tig to tack the pieces in place,, nice clean way.. I plan to build this.. thanks for the how to
That is down right bloody clever matey, well done. More practical than a pallet jack.

Many thanks for your opinions and supporting!
This is great Thank you. I have to build something to move a handicap person in a very small space. I think this is how I will build my lift. I will use 7mm for added safety. Thank you and God bless you. You have no idea how much good you do.
Nice! You should do it!
@@fawabros I went to a metal supply shop and found the 5mm you chose to use is plenty heavy so that's what I got. Now the next step will be to get rollers. Do you think it would help if the legs could extend the length or spread apart for a more stable base?
A brake winch or worm gear winch will be safer
For some reason I thought this was gonna be something to make with the kids, then I saw the welder come out haha 😂😂 great fabrication skills, looks easy but it actually takes a lot of knowledge, practice and patience!! Great build 😀
Thank you!
its's all fun and games till the welder comes out,, LOL🤣
How old do u think u have to be to learn to weld, I wasn’t out of grade school when I learned to weld, operate equipment, ect, grew up on a farm
Super workpiece very useful and genius idea
Thank you so much!

Very nice... was a millwright for 40+ yrs....some of the cleanest fabbing I've seen...
Thank you so much!
I love your work. Your effort is admired.
Thanks!
@@fawabros awesome design

Thanks!
Ben teşekkür ederim işiniz gücünüz rast gelsin selamlar
Thank you very much for showing such a nice and clean job that you have done. It is amazing. Only technical problem that the forklift has is the horizontal and vertical joint of the forks which are too week. They need support from behind. Thanks again for showing such clean way of doing the job.
Many thanks for your opinions!
Excellent work👍👍👍. Thanks for sharing
You are welcome!
Szép, precíz munka! Gratulálok!
Thank you so much!
I like the design, small enough to use in a house with ease.
Thank you!
Everything about it is extremely clever but the one thing I would have done is welded that hook closed…but I don’t know what kind of loads you would be putting on it. Really good!
Thank you so much!
Felicitaciones, genial idea y exelente manufactura
Thank you so much!!!
Exelente voz SOS un berraco Héctor Bogotá Colombia
Cool build. If I may comment on this I’d say you should add some outriggers to make the stance a little wider and safer if you are handling any length of heavy stock. Other than that it’s very nice
I made it for my shop. If you want to make it for heavy duty, you should add counter-weight for it.

Amazing idea, very interesting and innovative
Parabéns top gostei do vídeo
Many thanks for your suggestions!
Mi gran admiración por su trabajo bendiciones para usted saludos dé Puebla 🔥 México 🤔
Thank you so much!

inspiring! thanks and God Bless.
Thank you so much!
Привет Ты парень просто гений очумительная самоделка молодец успехов тебе во всех делах
Do you use a filler rod with your tig welding . It just looks like your tacking the hole thing just wondering? Great build btw
Great Idea. Seeing Your working skill, I thought You are a Robot 😎😀❤️
Thank you!
Waaw Bravo
Thanks!
Great work
Thanks!
Great idea ill try to work almost th same with some modifications to the shovel..It should be a thin, durable steel that is easy to pass under weights👌
Good thinking. But you should choose steel that have enough thickness. Safety first!
I can't believe I watched the whole thing.
I jumped ahead.
BRILLIANT PROFESSIONAL
Thank you!
Great Idea, at my job we go through one 55 gallon drum of Acetone every week. We keep it in a small explosion safe room with all the other hazmat chemicals. With a little modification this lift could be used to move the 55 gallon drums around a lot easier.
And brass forks...
@@joecoleman288. And brass balls! 🤣
Amazing project.
Thank you!
Very cool 😎 work for home made old school good job 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Thank you so much!
Wow amazing, excellent work creativity, and skills. Just DIYs know the feeling of seeing their job finished. What about the total weight the forklift can support and the full price to make it?
Very cool. Darlington, South Carolina USA
Thank bro!

It's a great idea and well executed. One caution, though. The cable hand winch are designed for one direction (pulling in). To use them for a controlled lowering of a load requires disengaging the ratchet pawl, and the only thing stopping uncontrolled descent is your hand on that crank. It can spin your hand around and get away from you. The mechanical advantage makes the handle spin very fast, a common cause of injuries with this type of device.
You can control it.
@@fawabros That may be so with a light load, but the manufacturer's safety instructions, included when purchasing this type winch, state: "Never release the freewheel clutch with any load on the winch". (releasing the freewheel clutch ratchet pawl would be necessary to lower a load with this gear type winch). Using another type cable winch, such as a "worm gear drive", that has no ratchet release, would allow safe and controlled lowering of even heavy loads. The crank is made to work in both directions, raising or lowering, and there is no ratchet pawl disengage. The load is always fully controlled by the worm gear both raising and lowering and you can let go of the handle at any time. These ratchet gear cable winches are made only for lifting, and not for lowering.
@@practicalman45 If it is a brake winch, this problem can be solved. Our brake winch is specially used on small cranes. At work, you can remove your hand from the handle at any time.
@@practicalman45 why are you being a hater? didn't you see the pipes on that dude? Popeye won't even mess with him, I mean, it takes power to lift a 20lb concrete block, and a giant empty cardboard box.
better to use a worm drive winch;problem solved
Great Idea! Interesting device and video. An electric winch and 12V battery would make this deluxe!
Nice job, excellent fabrication.
Thank you so much!
😵 oh no a human robot! 🤖 👌great mechanical skills bro - thanks 👍
Thank you so much!
@@fawabros you are welcome master 👍 im a retired industrial mechanic and i love your content because i understand what are you doing in the fabrication process you use 🕵 🤔right now im making a huge little cart - to put together my scattered tools - with an independent suspension on the front with a handle bar, and a solid suspension in the back, it has three story compartments with steel frame and plywood, tool stool, a steel steep ladder, and a compartment underneath so i could store one of my jacks, and its handle with heavy duty wheels and casters - its a learning process because all of a sudden a better idea of what im doing shows up and before it vanishes i draw it - and your videos bring me more ideas - many thanks 👌
Nice job, very clean an professional. Don't think I'm going to make one, too much work and time. I have couple of 1/2 ton hydraulic tables, good enough for loading and unloading to my truck.
Nice project!
Thank you!
Hello Fawa beautiful work very well done

Muito bom! Parabéns! S2
Thank you!
Beautiful work! But I haven’t found a forklift of this design that will pick up a standard pallet. It only works with an open-bottom pallet. This forklift would split a two sided pallet into bits. You always have to raise the pallet off the floor and put blocks under it, and then crank the forks up a bit before pushing the forklift under the load. That’s a deal breaker for me. But if you always set the pallet down on blocks, it can be done with this design. I’m concerned that the forks aren’t long enough. Thanks for your marvelous craftsmanship! Feeshy
Many thanks for your opinions!
The only way to do that without having a huge counterweight would be to make the base wide enough to straddle the pallet. Apart from that, this design is a little light to safely lift much on a pallet, the base and forks aren't long enough, wide enough, or strong enough. That said, it's a great design for small, relatively light lifts, i'm probably going to build one.
Great job, excellent, are using aluminum material?. What the thickness of the material.? I like your technique of welding can you make a short video to explain to us?thank you 🙏 .
I use mild steel 5mm
He works soo precisely like he’s a robot or something

Well done 👍
Thanks!
I’ll buy one of these from you. Trying to get boxes down from high shelves in my workshop is a nightmare when confined to a wheelchair.
Sorry, I don't sell.
I always needed something like that for my heavy toolbox
You should make one for yourself.
Bravo good job
Thank you!
Real good end nice
Thank you!
Well done!👍 👍
Thank you so much!
You gave me an idea to make a lift for my rural house
You'll need to make it bigger to lift a house.
Fantastic Job well done 100/100, Please what is the Maximum height of the main back frame that the cable is fed through Thanking you. Great Video
You are welcome!
Good toop uy 👍
Thanks!
Not too sure ,but it looks like you put those cable clips on backwards. The "U" bolt always goes on the dead end. Very nice fabrication skills. Nice paint job too.
Never saddle a dead horse!
Helpful, keep up the good work
Thank you so much!
Cant i know detail about the mini forklift?

Lucky for you that you had your mask on when you cranked 🙂
Muy buen trabajo,¿cuántos kilos máximo puede soportar la estructura metálica? ¡gracias!
Конструкция👍. А колесики не слабоваты будут? Может втулки лучше бы подошли. Да и распоры только по бокам.
Thank you!
I think it's pretty neat and handy
Great job.... but i would use a 12 volt boat winch because I'm lazy 😁
Nice suggestions!
That is wicked awesome 😎👍🤜🤛💥

But I don't have drawing to share.

Damn your confident!..I'll bet you can throw welds on steel faster then singles on a stripper!
Thank you!
Now all that is left to do is to find stuff that fits on a really, really, really small pallet... 🤪
This would make a great motorcycle lift as well.
Cool built, is there any detail drawing for this project? Many thanks
Thank you so much, I am in desperate need of a device like this to help my family

С удовольствием смотрю когда, что то делают из металла и ещё потом все это работает👍
Thanks!
great idea. thanks for sharing. What bearing code do you use?
Nice eork you done...👍👍😁
Neat !!! Just to point out, though, the crosby's on your cable were installed wrong. My buddies get pissed off at me when I point out shit like that ...... sorry. Also, what's the SWL for tongue weight on that rig ?
Good job number one thanks
Thank you so much!
Supeer elaaa
Thank you!!!
Man! This helps a ton! Thanks so much! This is likely going to be my next build. Much appreciated! Great work too! 👏🏻💪🏼🙌🏼
Genial
Where the wheels are I would keep the wheels where they are and have an extension from the wheels under the pallet and put a roller at the end so that when you lift a pallet and the load starts to go forward and tilting the rollers would stop the load and forklift from going forward and you still can roll the load around but the load and extended forks will not tip over front ways or direction of forks without resting on the extended rollers and have the rollers extend downwards to level the load and forklift.
Good very good, from Brasil. CESAR.
Welcome and thank you so much!!!
