This homemade drill winch is very small and compact in size. Also this diy winch is less weight so this homemade winch can be very easily portable from one place to another place without any effort. This homemade winch machine is used to lift heavy weight. This homemade drill powered winch can also be used for heavy duty applications. I used sprockets, chain, worm wheel and worm shaft to increase the torque for this diy winch. I used worm wheel and worm shaft in this homemade drill winch to produce high amount of torque which is used to lift very heavy weights. This diy homemade winch machine may looks simple but it really performs very well. I personally enjoyed myself while making this diy winch build. This drill hack is my favourite.
