Here I builded my Dream Welding Table with some clamps and fixtures for the beginning. I still have a lot of others ideas but i did not want it to fill up that Video with everything! I mide put up a "part two" with all my others ideas :) and still form day to day i get more ideas.
I do a lot of tig Welding on it, thats why there is Nothing under the base plate so that i can sit on it and there is Nothing in the way from my feets.
The Base plate is 1,5m x 1m if i pull out bought sides out it is 2m x 1,5m. Big enough for my Little Workshop :)
The height is at the Moment 92cm, im able to leave it down till 85cm or up till 94cm. The screw from the wheels are M30.
The base plate is 8mm strong, the grid from the holes are 10x10cm, the holes are 10mm with a M12 Tap. I even put some some holes on the side from the table.
To mill the Name/logo in the base plate was a last Minute decision. I filled it up with tigbraze and sanded it flat....i think it looks awesome :)
