  • You know I have been watching these interviews for ages now and the guests are phenomenal but the questions are even better. And then I realised why I'm so addicted to it, its the complete humbleness and awe of Tom over his guests. Its incredible to see someone who has achieved so much in life but still so humbled by his guests. Well done and thank you, makes me learn a lot about how I would like to be in my journey to greatness.

  • Brendon has been one of the biggest influences in my life. After attending High Performance Academy in 2015 I quit my job, changed careers and went on a tour across Canada sharing my story to elementary and high school students. Spoken to over 30,000 now, with a TEDx Talk. If Brendon Burchard did not exist, I have no idea where my life would be. Tom, Brendan, you two exemplify true role models. Thank you for everything that you do! You have both made a huge impact on my life! :-)

  • Tom has (developed) this rare ability to look at his guests in awe, let them talk, but also to gently guide them with the right question if they are getting off tangent and therefore avoiding long ramblings. He listens and is able to pick up one single thought out of that conversation, then cut's it out, like a skilled brain surgeon with a fine scalpel, to bring the best out of his guests. I think it must be a pretty self-realizing experience to be interviewed by Tom Bilyeu! Often he manages to ask EXACTLY what I had in mind - hoping they would answer it - and Tom asks precisely what I was hoping to hear. It's Magic! :)

  • 151 people disliked for one reason. Lack of clarity 😂 I am obsessed with Brendon and his team’s research on how to reach your optimum level of greatness and high performance. I have been commanding my life pretty much like what Brendon said “We want to set intention for what we want to do in that situation and we have to release tension” - Thats exactly one of my upfront thinking when I go through my day. It’s very effective. Tom Bilyeu is like the male Oprah Winfrey- who interview different but mostly successful people to learn and leverage from their personal success stories. Indirectly educating people without making it compulsory for everyone to follow. Thank you Tom and for the entire team that made Impact Theory. It is a great source of education, knowledge and inspiration.

  • This guy is on a league of his own. I never dedicate my time more than 10-15 minutes to any KZhead video. But this one, I'm excited to watch all the way to the end. I could listen to him for days. He's so smart, measured, engaging, respectful and fun. I actually pause the video to write this comment. Unlike others, he's one I believe, knows what he's talking about. He actually studies the Psychology of human behavior....and then, CREATES amazing content; while others just copy and regurgitate other people's hard work.

  • I realized something right now. I always felt lonely in my life. It had many reasons at first, like isolating myself after horrible trauma, false assumptions of others, fear, hatred, you name it. Gradually, I worked through all of these. I learned a lot through this part of my journey, also to be okay and content with spending lots of time alone. I can still improve a ton on my social skills and I actually do not feel desperately lonely anymore. But there is still that disconnect between me and the people I know: they dont love learning and improving like I do. They doubt me every step of the way. They run away from things that are uncomfortable. This week I watched a ton of Impact Theory's, Brendon's and others videos and I felt challenged to grow but also so, so understood. My friends and others call me crazy and actually get angry at me for things like taking full responsibility of your emotions, that you have to and can grow way beyond your current strengths and weaknesses and that you can actually learn to be happy. They tell me I'm special and they cant do that, they tell me that they are a unique snowflake that is uncontrollably driven by sadness, anger, fear...and that's all not true but their choice. When I listen to these videos though I finally just feel understood in my thoughts. Like I can just be without needing endless time to explain myself without ever being fully understood. This fire that Brendon talks about at 35:18, I have rarely seen that in the eyes of a person that I know it's my favourite feeling in the world. Thank you.

  • 35:10 - Wow. I do remember the first personal development book I read. The year was 2015. The book was the Four Hour Workweek. It transformed my entire way of thinking and got me fired up for the endless opportunities we all have in life. Since then, I quit my oil & gas job, invented a product and got a patent granted, and I’ve grown a podcast to 25k monthly downloads. And I’m just getting started! Videos like this help me keep that fire and desire burning strong. Thanks Brendon and Tom for the gold nuggets.

  • "“If you want to win, your identity has to be tied into that thing in which you’re trying to succeed at and give to." That part of the conversation resonated very strongly with me. I realized that, wait a minute, I actually don't do this fully yet. I need to make this a matter of *identity*, not just of 'behaviors' and 'goals.' Honestly, I didn't go into this with a positive mindset, but Brendon won me over. I thought him to be a bit of a huckster -- with his "courses" for 1.000 dollar or so -- but it's clear that the guy does know his stuff *and* is passionate about it.

  • The one moment that resonated strongly with me was Brendon sharing the time his future wife went to bed under his bills sparking the drive for him to succeed. My wife is my why. I'm going to create a life where we can spend an unlimited amount of quality time together. There will be no concern for the number of vacation days left. No more scheduling our lives around my job. We will go where we want, when we want, for however long we want, living out our passion every day. I'm "obsessed" with making this happen. One of Zig Ziglar's quotes helps me stay focused, "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want." Thank you for great motivational content 😁

  • Everytime i saw brendon instagram posts I always thought that he was another guy trying to sell his book until today.... Today I said "don't judge a book for its cover" and man.... this guy left me without words to describe how amazing and inspirational he is. i'm totally getting his book.

  • This interview wih Brendon was incredible! People don't know me when they say I'm passionate about something until they discover my one and only obsession lol! But then, that obsession seems to be a real master key for my goals. I've never quite understood how people were obsessed with social medias and netflix, but Brendon has a good point!
