Wood cutting skills // wood has the most beautiful color you have ever seen
Scientific name of the wood: Pterocarpus macrocarpus.
Today I will introduce to you a beautiful type of wood, the color of the wood is given by nature as a great gift to people who own it, the sharp wood grain lines are so amazing that it is worth mentioning. Surprised, please leave your comments below in the comments section
Beautiful lumber. I have used Padauk many times to build custom stave and segmented drums. Please make sure you plant more trees than you harvest so that it never runs out!
thanks my bro

Yes, important with the higher plant rate versus harvest rate.
At first i thought it was purple heart wood. I was wrong
notice how he/she didn't say they do? Why cause they don't.
Nice safety shoes they’ve got on there!
:v
Would this whole bandsaw setup be legit in the U.S.?
the don't seem to need them , nor they need special gloves , safety glasses , colourful vest , plastic helmet , the lady handing the machinery seems very comfy doing her work and she is doing it pretty well , for people like you , shampoo have instructions , live a lil jehnna
Yeah, the main reason why non-white got no peanut allergy.

I thought this was clickbait but no the vibrant red colors and the picture is all real! OMG the red blood lumber is so amazing!

I picked up p a discarded table from the side of the road. Under the mud brown varnish, Paduak. I now have a remodelled Paduak table. Beautiful colour and grain.
Congratulations sir
What a great find. Refinishing furniture can be a great hobby.
I love Padauk such a beautiful wood.❤ I hope you guys plan more trees like that so we don’t run out thank you.
We planted a lot. it really takes a long time lowsn1 and getting to this dark red color takes a lot of time
Looks far better growing in the forest

Phenomenal that wood that color exists. It's like created out of a video game.
Have you ever seen this type of wood? I'm sure your hometown doesn't have it

When was the last time you saw a woman in a dress running a giant sawmill? Two thumbs up.

Fashion conscious too, ready for a night out with the boys!
you dont, cause in places where they care about people, it's fucking dangerous as fuck and you're not allowed to try and kill/maim yourself. Imagine thinking this is something to be fucking lauded over..........wow..........just wow.

Burma Padauk - I was a supervisor at my University's woodshop and there was a music student who built a large Marimba using Padauk for the bars. It sounded amazing and looked even better.
This is not a true!
I agree. There are some slices that look like Bloodwood, but the sawdust is all very Padauk. I used it for most of my Marimba. It does sound amazing. It does get darker with sun exposure. I used Padauk to edge a bar in a sunny tavern and it went very dark. When they get down to the 8 inch slab, it looks like they cut an 8x8 for someone to use as a mantle. Gorgeous. $$$!
Thank you for pouring the water. it reveals the true beauty of the wood.
thanks my bro

Amazing stuff love watching your video
Very beautiful inside. Who knew from the outside.
Gorgeous wood! Thanks for sharing. Be blessed 🙏🙌

OSHA would have a field day. I'd definitely be wearing my steel-toed flip flops for that. Yeah you too, get in there granny! Hahahahah.
It's all due to the human factor! Think about it, if we had protective gear and had an accident, could we survive?
Every slice is gorgeous

This is amongst the most beautiful woods I have ever seen. If it’s from a protected species I would be so upset that they felled such a magnificent tee however, if it’s plentiful in certain regions I would be happy to buy enough to build a large log cabin. I’d like to know more details please.
This wood name in Vietnamese is "Gỏ". They're very solid and heavy. They last decades. It was my maternal grandma favorite kind of wood. She had so many furniture's made of this wood. She gave my mom many of them. But there was one kind of wood name "Mun", it's name mean "dark black." This wood is even heavier than "Gỏ". My grandma had her casket made in advance more than 40 years before her death. It was put up in the second floor of her big house on stands. My mom had to call people to come replacing those stands many times because of their rot. The story was told that wood would last forever on the ground. Few cases were reported that after over 100 years underground, they were found their condition were just like new when brought up to the surface. The area is in Mekong river Delta it's under water many months a year. so, most of woods would be rotten in few years . Viet Nam is a tropical place; it is hot and humid all year round. But even in summer, I love to lay down on it, because it was so cool all the time! That was the extraordinary kind of bed with the size 2m long x 3m wide x 15cm thick ̣̣(odd size for super rich folks.) We afternoon napped there every day. But at night, we had to put something under to keep us from coldness that came up from this wood ! It's hard to find them today anywhere!
Одна бревно стоит 45 000 $
It's blood red when fresh cut. When the wood is seasoned it's more of a mahogany color. Buy affordable wood and stain it with mahogany stain.
@@MelissaThompson432 Sounds like a great idea 💡
It grows in asia and it also grows in one state of India - state of andhra pradesh. Its a protected wood and given the preciousness of this wood you can imagine the politics that goes on there. Lot of smuggling and mafia and politics and unscruplous operators there with local tribal populations in the mix. The wood is mostly harvested for exports and the japanese pay huge price for it for the buddhist temples and shrines in jappan and even china use this kind of red wood to build their shrines. Very sought after. If you are a rich westerner you maybe able to get your hands on it too. Watch a indian movie called pushpa that revolves around the community and politics around this wood and the forest region.
Que madeira linda!! Chegou a lembrar uma melancia!!😂😂😂😂

I googled photos of this wood and none showed the deep red so I'm guessing that it does not keep its color but takes on a brown hue.
it has a deep red color when the tree is old. Please try searching again! Maybe this type of wood is not available in your country so you can't find it
@@luatmacI believe it’s blood wood and that deep red is only found on one island in Indonesia. There are different types of blood wood but that deep bright red is only found in one place.
@mrmoper413, you can see this in Pushpa 😂😂😂😂 Google it Pushpa sandalwood and see the image
here in U.S. is called Padauk. it does darken when exposed to sunlight, becoming more brownish-red over time. is very oily species which means the patina can be removed with acetone if left raw and glues up best with a polyurethane glue. It is heavy and dense and has a pleasant aroma when milling.
It is very rare for a tree to be this bright red: when it is old enough and the soil is dry it will have to overcome its thirst and it will become redder than the rest.
This gorgeous wood must only be for millionaires I have never ev3n seen this type of wood in any store, lumber yard, home or business
I had some Padauk wood, but it was purple, not red. Does it turn purple as it ages ?

In South America there is a tree called bloodwood; in Asia, it's probably padauk. Both are very dense, heavy, and hard to work with. Both are bright red when fresh cut and then darken over time to a reddish brown. I have a small carved figure that seems to be South American in design; it's a nice brown color, but if you're looking for a stunningly red color in a finished item, use dye or stain on a more budget-friendly wood like cherry or maple. It's _incredibly_ heavy, too, which will be a consideration depending on what you want to use it for. Both woods are also very hard on tools; they will ruin even large saw blades like these. You would not be able to easily lathe turn or scroll these woods.
That’s what I was thinking when I saw the grain. It looks very dense and hard to cut. From the number of rings, it must be very old and slow growing. I was wondering how many blades they wear out slicing it. Absolutely beautiful wood!
God's creation is just amazing! Those who have eyes to see and understanding hearts marvel at His creation.
Ok Steven byun
This is Christ's question Mathew 15: 3: "But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?" A women say "the Husband has no name". Another ones say "the Husband has many names". Some of women "love the Husband in all his manifestations" like: neighbour, taxi driver, coworker... But, all of those prostitutes say "the Husband is the only". Then they even talk about "trinity of the Husband" and they are not against "the Son taking the Husband's place". In the same way religious prostitutes try to hide their disgusting fornication with different gods. Here is the God's word spoken through Moses, Deuteronomy 11: 16-17: "Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; And then the LORD's wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you." So, the God says there are other gods, but blind leaders of blind lead people into trap. "Jesus" means "Jehovah is salvation". This is the name of Christ real christians are hated for. "HalleluJah" means "Praze Jah" (Jehovah). Psalm 83: 18: "That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth." The problem is Devil runs the world. He is lier and murderer. This is the reason why liers feel so good while righteous people are persecuted. That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's kingdom. Jehovah would put everything in order. The dead will be resurected and we'll meet our beloved ones again! :-)
The amount of tension in that log is crazy.
