  • The first guy had a seasaw technique that worked for him where the second guy struggled trying to maintain a low central angle to avoid the wood chips….i understand it but i would have started with the second guy’s approach initially then shifted it to the first after getting about a half blade in. This was genuinely interesting to watch. I definitely want to try it.

  • I've had a bad disk in my back since college. That thing is ridiculous. I'd have to go full beast mode to manage. I'd probably be crippled after but looks fun. The chainsaw however really looks surprisingly light for its size.

    • They surprisingly aren't that bad. I have 4 fused discs and degenerative disc disease but still run a 395xp with a 5 foot bar daily. I've ran a few of the 880s and 881s and they are really well balanced. Packing them in is the only thing that isn't great but, I always break my saw down and put it in a ruck on long hikes.
