Bruh, he’s literally making up a song in his head and playing it at the same time. WhAT
Its like rapping but with the hands
Pelegonike yes
He would have planned this before (he might have)
Its called improvisation
Kobra King idk he doesn't seem to. I think he’s just that high skilled that he’s imagining melodies and just going off there and making shit like this. Wow
Who else thinks he should make a full version of “What Could Have Been”? Like so he can see this comment!
I am working on it now 😂
Really? That’s amazing! I can’t wait to hear it! And thanks for replying to my comment.
@@WeAreOnePiano YESIR!!
I agree would love to hear that!
PLEASE DO. I was thinking that.
20 seconds sad song...I would name it: “I’m home” Because at the beginning, the melody is so soft, so peaceful. Then it rise more intensively, time by time. Like tear is whelming up in your eyes. The story is: You didn’t appreciate some one in the past. Now you are, you open the door, hoping to be welcomed. You said “I’m home”. And you realize...they’re gone, or...long gone...
That hits deep
I'm... Tearing up right now
Did it take you very long to think of this? You have talent! One of a expressional writer or composer in my opinion (:
Wow Didn't think you guys like this. Thank you all a lottt
@@kittymictur8600 I listened to it for about 4 or 5 times It was 3a.m and I was in some deepshjt mood. But thanks, I appreciate your compliment :>
Plot twist: he was actually thinking about loosing his pizza while writing "I can't believe I lost you"
Nah you're thinking of pizza angel
Lol wtf 😂😂😂
U giving me flashbacks of when I was really really hungry and make a pizza and I was carrying it to my couch and it fell face down exploding it felt like slow mo when the pizza fell to its doom.
The saddest thing ever
It has inspired countless symphonies to be written
Me: takes 4 hours to compose something random Him: does a master piece in 20 seconds
At least you can do it in 4 hours ahhaha
For an expert, behind each second you have thousand hours of hard work and practice.
Same.I composed like a 2 star piece in 4 hours
I can only think of *2* notes in 20 seconds
20 second piece.. The Dying Butterfly. Should fill that one out a bit more. .. That's the first thing that came to mind, a sad and dying butterfly... Loved all the songs. :)
Took my idea :(
@@johnforman8199 Great minds think alike.... won't finish the rest, as it's not applicable. :)
It could be a intro for a chill KZhead channel!
Sound's like when the characters failed hos resolve to the greater evil and left to rot in the middle of a jungle... then the game over screen pops out.
Dana Chappell But fools seldom differ😂😂😂😂😂
i'm really impressed with how these tracks can have the feeling of "sad but still hopeful" rather than "sad and i want to die"
Quick question: do you have perfect pitch or just really good relative pitch? Also what about tackling an ‘angry’ composition next time.
Lol good suggestion eric! And no i only have relative pitch :p
69 likes nice! Also it's inspiring to know that I can be like you with relative pitch.
Lionel remembering he lost his mother in the supermarket once: "I can't believe I lost you" :D

His 20 min composition sounds like something that should be in an anime or a Studio Ghibli film. Amazing work and tbh all of them sound AMAZING!!
Forget about coffin dance. He’s choosing my funeral song.
The level of Skill you have is beyond anything I could imagine people actually doing. That was absolutely beautiful ;-;
Practice, and you can do anything.
Frédéric Chopin LOL, that was actually rly funny

As a person who wants to compose seriously, i love these videos And since when TF did this channel have 425k?? It has grown so much omg
I remember watching his "For Beethoven" video so many times wishing the channel was larger. Wish granted.
Since you commented this hes gotten 24 thousand more subs. 6 thousand a day. That's nuts
it already has 467k 1 week later HOLY SHIT this is fast
@@christopherderaadt4367 if you earned 6 thousand subs a day for a year that'd be 2.19M subs. holy shit
That last one kinda sounded more like, "the end of a journey together" kinda thing where a protag sais goodbye to traveling companions while thinking back to shared moments. It's a litte,, little to wholesome to sugest you lost someone I think. I love the piece tho.
Though you could look at it as "I lost someone, but I enjoyed the journey we had together on the way."
That's literally Gon and killua at the end of the series
It definitely has the vibe of something that would play during a "(insert x number of) years later" type of sequence at the end of a show.
"I can't believe I lost you" felt really nostalgic, I felt like a kid again playing with my brother on Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition splitscreen in my old house... :'(
He actually composing without even trying 😂
Frrrr
It looks a lot harder to someone who has no idea about music theory
Well if you know the theory it's not that hard...
Without even trying is just playing the piano, not even writing the music sheet.
And this is what you call a prodigy
I loved the song written in 2 minutes "What Could Have Been". A full version has to be released officially. Great video 😍😍

When it's a major it is like their talking about their memories with someone and the minor is like how they miss that person.

Idk why I could relate to "I can't believe I lost you"... I guess it's because... India lost one of the most talented, down to earth and finest soul just a few days ago... And the impact is so strong that... We just can't get over it !! We literally "can't believe that we lost him". He was like family for all of us... And he left us.. so early.. He was only 34!! I still can't believe he's not with us anymore... He will always remain in our hearts ❤️ Also, because of some unwanted tension at the borders... It's even more disheartening... I pray, may all the departed souls rest in peace 🙏🏻
RIP Sushant Singh Rajput
Avantika Mishra guess what, I know him my entire family is sad
The Indian comment section:
"I cant believe i lost you" is such a great title for this song u made! I can actually feel emotions of regret, sadness, but relief in this song! IT SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! THIS SONG CAN BRING TEARS! T-T
I feel like the 20 min piece is more of a song that brings hope than a sad song and I loved it
OMG can I be like 1% as musical as you
The first 2 min one was awesome
*Respect for the Spinal Tap reference **3:28** “d minor is the saddest key” lmao*
Lionel: writes sad song Also Lionel: enthusiastically bangs his head while composing
when he played sadness and sorrow i thought he was actually thinking about naruto i was like????
Dude you're so underrated it's just sad. I hope you grow to be a bigger youtube channel I
That third piece is a lot happier than a sad song, thus I feel the name "I can't believe I found you" might be a bit better of a name lol
Nice
His dynamics really make the pieces epic.
The "I Can't belived I Lose you" sounds kinda like some anime endings songs..don't u think so?
YEEESS i was gonna comment that so does the 2 min one to me
Anime songs are a basic melody with some chords on the left hand and make it seem impressive yet sad at the same time.
It seemed like a Studio Ghibli melody, that could ahev been in my neighbor Totoro or spirited away
Well, the one leading up to it as he "thought", that's from Naruto, death of the hokage theme. So we can draw the conclusion that he had some intent with that sound over.
Or like a song from an indie game
I don’t know how people can hate on you, you’re awesome.
Why is my mind replaying how Tony Stark died, and the effects of it to the other avengers on 'I Can't Believe I lost you.' His songs hit differently. Ugh. I love this.
I love the fact that he says "I'm gonna think of something sad" and the sad Naruto theme kicks in right after, if your wondering when it's at 4:29

I feel like the 20-minute piece should start playing when an important character dies in a show.
yes
I’m the 20 min. You said D major is not meant to sound sad, and I totally agree....20 seconds later you proceed to make it for the song perfectly and with the right tone of sadness..me being the most impressed I’ve been😳
you are a genius ❤👍🏻 the last with twenty minutes remind me my Grandmother 👩🏼 and I shed a few tears ... 😔💔🙂 she was the one who encouraged me to start playing the piano I miss her so much😥😞🛌🏼
"Where could have been" is such a emotional piece tho
PLEASE keep doing this, I love this series!!
“I Can’t Believe I Lost You” sounds like father and son reunited after many years, very heartwarming
someone should really write the lyrics for "i cant belive i lost u" ToT its such a good song personally i was a bit confuse when he was in d major at the start but then i realized that later that u have hope for the person dying to go into haven but contanse much sad ness because well u know that they are leaving u. i just loves this song the way it has multiple emotions while your hearing it. ily thx
20 second sad song - "20 second of sadness"
A sad music doesn’t mean it need the lyrics to conveys the story, just a perfect combination of melody and volume can show it. Man I’m crying from how the songs played :’D
You should OBVIOUSLY be a composer for Disney songs. That sounds so magically and deep.
I was singing a lyric I composed while listening to the 20 minutes version. Not gonna lie, that made me said
For the 20 second song, maybe “An Incomplete Shell”? The shell of a song is there, but it’s definitely incomplete. I could imagine it being some sort of game over theme or bad end theme
Wow the last bit of ‘i can’t believe I lost you’ was so heartbreaking! It was so good!!!
the melody of the 20 minute one kind of gave me a "don't stop me now" by queen vibe
you are just a genius with your ability of making things in such a little time (sorry for my english, I'm french)
Bonjour
This gut gave new definition to mezzo-piano
"What Could I have been" reminds me of "the sounds of silence".
The tune of “I can’t believe I lost you” kinda reminds of a song that can be in a studio gibli movie lol
C sharp, f sharp, and a. That sounds exactly like the tune of “waterfall” from undertale
That leitmotif appears in a few other songs, and it’s in the same key as Track 81, An Ending. But on another note, D4(16th) D4(16th) D5(8th) A4(8th) (16th rest) Ab4(8th) G4(8th) F4(8th) D4(16th) F4(16th) G4(16th)
All these melodies are so beautiful. Your musical talent is insane.
