Honestly I thought the dish had promise, I like some weird Asian fusion, and I know Uncle Roger can be a little critical. But they put so much ketchup in there, and table sugar, then drowned it in condiments. Plus he put what looked like shredded iceberg lettuce in the wok, that had to have been slimy mush by time it hit the plate. They could've at least used romaine, or even better shredded cabbage. But we all have different taste, so who am I say it isn't appetizing?

  • My favorite dinner growing up? My mom would legit make rice in the morning and then would leave it open to dry all day, then she would brown the heck out of ground beef… then add those into a big bowl. It was ground beef rice with most of the fat with it… omfg it’s amazing and I could eat it all day. The grains that match the size of the beef grounds is mind blowing. Add some ketchup and you’re in business
