I am a Samsung Knight. However in terms of upgrade It's an incremental upgrade . Better AOD, Flat screen , 2600 nits, snapdragon gen 3. As an owner of the s23 Ultra, I'll wait for the z fold 6 and hope they use the best prototype designs and give it 100% to be as good or better than the Huawei mate x5 and Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche edition as first large foldable w integrated s pen. This upgrade is only for those who have the s22 or s21 or older , if you have the s23 ultra I recommend waiting one more year. With that being said android offers more value like multi tasking , stylus pen w gestures, foldable innovation, advanced emulation no limitations etc. This is exactly why Samsung, Google, Huawei and Xiaomi , One plus and Red Magic and the entire android family will always be lightyears ahead of ios and why I will never return my main sim to ios ever again.
I still got my s21 ultra, I would be staying with it if it wasn't for the fact I have an exynos version its battery isn't that great
@22BulletProofKid22 I have S21 Ultra too. However, will stick it out for another year. 1 more year of OS update before upgrading as the S21 Ultra phone is still going strong. My only worry is swapping a rounded corner S21 Ultra for a potentially boxier S25 Ultra especially as boxier edges tend to dug into your hand skin when holding your phone.
@@nafeesiqbal1538 valid choice, s21 ultra is still a great phone to have in 2024. But I'm still excited to try out the new AI features on the s24 ultra, even if theyre useless I'll be glad to just have a Snapdragon chipset and better battery life. That being said, if it can't impress me within the first week of owning it I'll just return it
I had a S23 ultra couldn't stand the curve screen! The S24 Ultra is hands down a better phone in every possible way. The AI is insane from translation to web page/note condensing. I miss the Maui Red color the Florida Orange 🍊 is OK 👍
@ginog5037 yea I like the dark glass I'm just waiting for the Fold 6 ultra then I might trade my s23 ultra in
6:09 This flipping format is highly essential for functional communication, Interpretor Ai tool is cleverly built for efficiency. 10:22 The way this web Ai tool interact with websites do enable a smooth transition and flexibility between the web browser and the Ai tool itself and is a absolute necessity.
What's the difference between Circle to Search and Google Lens?
Great video mate keep those videos coming I like the stuff that you show I'm getting mine s24 ultra around the 31st I got the gray one the titanium gray I mean anyway thanks for the info keep up the good work😊
Hey, I'm checking out your video right now. I'm learning a lot from it, thanks for the advice!
You did an extremely good job at explaining all of this carefully. I'm very happy with this video.
Is the Ai the same on every phone on the S24 series
Super hyped for the Galaxy S24 Ultra 1TB! 🚀 As a Samsung fanboy, it's a proud moment to choose this over an iPhone. With a whopping 1TB storage, I'm all set for anything - photos, videos, you name it. Who needs an iPhone when you've got Samsung's top-tier tech and innovation? Samsung all the way! 🌟 #TeamSamsung
Hi there. Very good explanaition... thanks for the effort making it so clear 😉
Thanks for such a great overview. You really got me excited about using the AI features on my new S24!
The group voice recorder translation is the best ✅️💯
hi sammobile, if you notice, i think we already have something very similar to circle to search in s23 or other devices. for example if you long press that menu button, there will be a mini dialogue opening up from below with menu: Search Screen and Translate, and below it, it says: How can I help you? If you tap the search screen, you can tap on any object on the screen and it will intelligently select the object you tap and do a google reverse image search just like tap to circle. I'm not sure why google hyping this feature that is already here for quite awhile (been using it here and there on my s23 ultra)
AI extracts target object in the circle. I think that's the difference.
@@yourdaum1 still the same, you tap the object and it will automatically reverse google image it, and pretty accurate too. try it yourself
After you touch up a photo that now has an AI watermark, what's to keep you from cropping out the watermark (e.g., using image editor or the S Pen to capture a block that doesn't include the watermark)?
Metadata
@@hoshikuzuvenus I'd be curious if metadata would carry over into a new screen grab from an S Pen. Not to mention that you could save the image to a computer then screen-grab it to create a new image file w/o Samsung's metadata. As if you already can't believe everything you see, that's going to grow exponentially w/ AI.
You can't expect the world to stop cuz ppl are bad. Knives are incredibly useful, but some ppl use it to stab others. Those are incredible features that I and I'm sure many other ppl would love to have. Not to create completely unreal stuff, but sometimes u just miss a shot or can't take one u rly want for whtevr reason, now this can help with that a little. Many inventions were created to do good or help, mankind just has a way to twist things. Doesn't mean we should stop
@@elmo1728 realest thing ive read all day. damn.
I was thinking that too
My concerns with this AI features, are if, for example, can I record a private work meeting to translate to text and summarize, (to improve my workflow), but without sending data to google? This is really important to me, because company's private meetings or information that i want to summarize, can not be seen by external. And I don't want to be involved in a trouble if I record my work information just for improve my performance on my job. And the otherone, is at personal level is this kind of technology doesn't spy you on private conversation with your spouse or other family members.
This is a great explanation. I was interested in ditching my A54 for an S23, specifically for the wireless charging and the AI. This video showed me that aside from some image editing and note taking, I will not gain anything significant from Galaxy AI at this point. Thank you!
Samsung S24 AI is still not stable yet and the price is on the very high side. I suggest those with S23 Ultra should stay on with S23 until S25 Ultra launch.
Has samsung face id caught up with iphone & pixel? I love my Fold 5 but the finger print scanner is junk and i miss face unlock from Iphone to log in to my banking apps etc 😮💨
Since Galaxy AI is free until 2025 and set to expand to more devices, I'm wondering if Samsung plans to charge for it on older devices or for everyone, including the latest S24 series. What do you think?
For everyone even if you have the latest model
That won’t happen.. 12 months is a long time in tech world to change things
@@mackymaxythis is the same company that made fun of apple for not including a charger in the box and then doing the same thing a few months later. It's all about the money now
@@salvadorr4727correct bro.😊
They will incluse it with cloud, nothing wrong with that
Will this come to the Galaxy s23 in a update down the road
No 😐📱
Yes
Can they use AI to figure out how to do full screen? That little dot there is so annoying. Why not put the front facing camera in the top bezel? Or better yet put a screen on back of the phone and do away with front camera and use back camera for front and regular pictures?
All looks very impressive but how many of these features are essential? And how many people will be prepared to pay for them?!
And whether it is proposed to introduce the Bulgarian language for live translation
How is new anti-glare on the device?
Why no call screening though?
Good question, my guess is privacy laws for AI to pick up your incoming call you must have permission from the caller to record and process their voice and details. So it's likely on the horizon but needs a method for callers to opt out at the risk of being declined.
Great video Daniel
Cool live transcribe and translate features. But AI can do so much more...
I love this video so musch ❤
That interpreter feature is gonna be GREAT for health care workers I'm an xray tech myself and I've had a few pts where I needed a translator to get the basic info but sometimes my other coworkers are busy but this is gonna be great to speed things along I'm just hoping it has a wide range of languages Google translate has helped but it doesn't have text to speech for Armenian
@@Davey583 I'm not going to use it to diagnose a patient or for any type of medical advise I just need to ask simple questions for example how long has your right knee been hurting? Did you have a fall or an accident? What is your name and date of birth? Just simple questions to note down before I start the xray exam
Answer: It's Gemini AI Lite from Google
It's garbage just like all "AI", is what it is.
Im not sold. Does it have two days of solid battery life yet?
What happen when u select to remove the watermark? 😂😂
It appears these are mostly same features as Google pixel. Possibly most of them are models from google
Free ,I'll get to use it when I get my s25 ultra. I'll hope it's improved by then
Amen and hallelujah this is what I've been waiting for I am getting the s24 ultra I've had enough of the S10 Plus😂😂😂
Thanks.
Samsung hasn't taken away doing away with pressing OK when entering your pin, you have to change your pin to 6 digits!
That was the first option I turned off on every Samsung phone I buy.
Does it have chat GPT?
No ChatGPT built in here. It has more practical functions as opposed to a chat assistant.
That watermark image is terrible. Even if you just straightened out tje inage, they tag your photos? Thats going to get annoying quickly
That way if you post it with an attempt to defame someone people can know that you altered it. It makes sense that they would have that and it important for that to he there. I'm a but more concerned about getting cliff notes of articles and then the potential to use those notes as your own writing.
@@josilyndulaney5316 I aware of the theory behind it. I use AI all the time. The tag I'm the meta data was plenty.
The only problem with these phones is that your business is out there. I've never owned an Apple phone, but I heard that they don't allow or give your business to anyone, including the government. I've seen my pictures on other websites that I had never heard of before!
So will there be a device that doesn't have this installed. I am not going to use this at all. none of it is useful to me and for what I use my device for. Can I get the phone without it / will there be a device that doesn't use this technology?
Also apps that do not need to collect my data but still let me use it for what it is supposed to be for would be nice. I hate this part of tech. You should just do what I need you to do without needing to collect information on me.
That Italian translation is totally wrong. You did good but "I'm good thank you" translates in Sto bene grazie , not I'm brava grazie lol I'm brava grazie means that you are good at something, it's self praising itself xD
Lol this AI stuff is so dumb
Samsung did a great job of streamlining these to make it easier for an average consumer
Samsung put these features on the phone but next year they gonna cut you off if you dont pay for the subscription?
A lot of this is already in the pixel 8 line
you look like Steve Jobs and introducing a Samsung's phone!!
Galaxy AI is actually Google AI, its all Google AI models
Yes. And I saw at least one article that said there may be fees involved that Samsung will charge because they have to pay Google starting in 2025 I don't know for sure if that's true though.
all these AI features will be nice to play with for a while after that it will be put aside coz how many of us need to tilt a building or call a foreigner who doesn't speak my language or how many time do we needs to summarize stuffs. i can bet out of a 1000 peoples who buy thevS24 series probably 990 peoples won't use it for long or will buy the phone coz of its AI features
I think the summarize and notes stuff will get an extensive use for a lot of people. Particularly power users. But my wife is an average user and absolutely will use the summarise feature in Web pages and articles
Probably someone else pointed it out already, but when he answered "I'm fine thanks", his answer was translated to "io sono bravA", so the AI changed him into a woman.
All these things sound nice except for the tone editor and webpage summarizer. Those will make people stupider and cause trust issues.
Galaxy AI might as well have been called Galaxy WEF.
Samsung better copyright this summarize feature.
It's pretty incredible!
Good Game sam
Galaxy ai is free only till the end of 2025. I read in 24 ultra terms and conditions page
It doesn't guarantee that you'll be charged.
Samsung has also figured out a way to go after our pocket book for the use of AI. There is so much wrong with this there not enough time to write it all. It's a trend they are beginning that has no end. We alread pay to use the phone, a wireless carrier. There is no justification for paying for AI.
bro looks like steve jobs
Hey.. I like your shirt
How many languages supported?
Around 13 I think for now
Pixel AI Its free😅😂
Ai should be free forever. Its also because ai will be part of our everyday life moving forward.
Agree. U charge for subscriptions, not features that u designed ur whole marketing campaign around. If they mentioned it in the keynote n told us which features they will charge for, which will be free n not hide it in a footnote, I wouldn’t have cancelled my preorder. Too shady for me.
Mah, it is way too expensive like legitimately expensive, you need high end gpus to do it locally, unless the tech samsung uses is done locally it is fair game if they want you to pay for it. Because it uses a lot of power to generate those ai anwsers.
He said that no other phones are doing this stuff with AI. My Pixel 8 Pro dose a lot of this, if not all of this ?
I hear they are going to start charging for AI in 2025.
SAMSUNG GALAXY ULTRA IS THE KING OF ALL PHONES IN THE WORLD APPLE DON'T HAVE A CHANCE
Uff. Someone is on his phone a bit much
Is the AI on S24/S24 plus/S24 ultra all the same
In the modern world, year 2024 Samsung Galaxy phone are Preparing to the new World, thats why they equipped and A.I to a phone. It's gonna be a GAME CHANGER for our daily life it will be usefull to us!
No
Can you check the s24u to see if s24u is able to record video directly to external highspeed storage. The way ifone 15promax records pro-res video to external highspeed storage saving internal storage space. kzhead.info/sun/g9ZsdNWHZICFenA/bejne.htmlsi=v4N67AH5GvrEtbq3
Me s23u wont let me record video to external highspeed storage
So dumb S23 is fully capable of this samsung just chooses to disable it. Sick of companies doing this
The One UI 6.1 update is bringing all of these to the S23
Galaxy AI will become a subscription service in 2025. Enjoy it for free while you can
👍 👍 👍 7:36
You lot are talking rubbish. You don't even know how much they will charge for AI services. Your assumptions are the mother of all F UPS. The AI will only get better over time and it may only be $10 a month or yearly $100 a year. Wow that is expensive. 😂. Get a life and stop moaning. Not everything is free in life and Samsung are asking you to pay for them to put the time and effort into the AI. Go to Pixel then if you don't want to pay. Apple will charge a lot more from day 1 to give there fans AI. Moan moan moan.
I think also that a lot of the on device AI will remain free, and the cloud based AI could go behind a subscription service. A lot of unknowns for now still though, just enjoy the features I say!
"Generative edit" - aka "makes shit up". I don't want this crap on my phone.
All useless
