  • So while playing, I had wondered about alternate controls as, being left-handed, taking my hand off the mouse in order to hit E or sprint is somewhat cumbersome... but then I remembered what game I was playing. And who made it. So all in all, I should be thankful with what I have.

    • My left handed brethren, please learn how to use a mouse right handed, it makes gaming so much better, it’s hard to get used to but it quickly overwrites your muscle memory of left hand mousing.

    • Hmm. I _was_ going to say for me that's impossible due to the low dexterity in my right hand, but for _this_ game I did have some better- well, no, not _better,_ but more... fluid movement I suppose. Luckily, accidental button presses on the mouse does squat in this game so I didn't need to worry about constantly doing that. However, repositioning the mouse once in a while lead to spastic movement, often losing orientation of where I was looking, which was somewhat problematic in the maze. Still, I was able to find and collect the three tomes and four keys before Greg caught me. Perhaps I'll have better luck next time. (but yeah, for most games, I _have_ to mouse left-handed for... well, precise movement and aiming. Still, after testing I might keep that in mind for other games should I need to)

    • People were already speedrunning the game, ending the timer I believe once the last key is put in, so if anything, we are replacing the current any% category with a new one.

  • The torch clips through the walls when you hug it, you could do those tricks that fps games use, paste a separate image of a torch on top, and the torch will stay even with it clipping through? Alsooo, wouldn't it be pretty funny if the paths change overtime? Like, you memorize the entire map, only for it to change randomly :)
