Chito is such a great guy. His daughter was born with a neurological disease that made her not be able to smile. This man fought his ass off and got the surgery for her. When asked why he didn’t buy a new car or house first, he said something along the lines of how can I celebrate when my daughter can’t smile. A real father. A real fighter. Love chito forever
No she is straight up mentally disabled. It's nothing to do with smiling, you can look at her and tell shes got a massive deformation.

Dude yeah I was there for that one first UFC fight I actually got to see in person and hearing 20,000 or however many it was people all going OOOOHHHHHH!!!! All at the same exact time when he head kicked Cruz in the face for the knockout was something else

Yeah one of his interviews he called Cruz one dimensional lol. Healthy Cruz with all his weapons wouldn't have lost a round or got hit. Cruz looked great that fight all things considered. Excellent fight though. Great intro to UFC.
I really love this guys fighting style. His defence is highly underrated, good movement and foot work, great shot selection and muay thai, dangerous in the pocket. Head movement and evasiveness could be better but he's just a marauder overall
Yep. Just needs to learn how to choke and some other subs and hes basically flawless. I think he can probably get a title without subs but it would be good to have.

He is a @#@#@#@ warrior. I'm not gonna lie, he's beaten several people I'm a huge fan of, so it's been hard to appreciate his victories at times, but I'm sold now and I may be his biggest fan. His stand-up is SLICK. His ability to make reads during the fight, while staying composed through the fire, is something you can't teach everyone. I love his mean streak in the octagon. He's going for the kill every fight and when he smells blood there may not be a more savage fighter. Huge respect to Chito. I have no doubt he'll get his hands on the bantamweight belt.
I thought I didn’t like Chito for a long time, no idea why, I just didn’t. Then when I started paying attention to him I realized how much I actually respect this man.
That win over Ewell might be one of the most brutal finishes I’ve ever seen. Just prolonged destruction, and Chito was absolutely destroying that man. I don’t know how Ewell stood up to all that.

Not only is he 1 of a handful of the top-dog most exciting fighters in the UFC (period), he's a true O-G. He fights not for his ego, or fame, but for his family, & even in fights where he's behind, he's as cool as an icy margarita in a snowstorm, & you can *never* count him out of the fight. He's must see TV every time he fights, & I truly believe he's on the verge of being the next champ. Homie's doing *big things* lately, & there isn't a more deserving fighter of your support, so get familiar. I promise Chito does not disappoint.

So much of this highlight reel consisted of Chito getting hit cleanly and losing rounds. He’s been sniping his way to victory regardless, but if that iron chin starts degrading he will be in serious trouble.
He’s constantly evolving. His defense has gotten better over the years

I am learning so much about him. I have only seen him fight a few times previously but I really liked him and I liked the fact he was ecuadorian. I love how humble and grounded he is and I have never seen another mix martial arts fighter that. Change? S the look so much some I didn't even realize was him.😂
Chito has matured and found his stride... He's developed and seems comfortable regardless of where the fight goes. def is not a high volume strike nonstop kind of fighter. Instead he sits back, weathers the storm, and often takes one or two to get in a nice effective impactful strike. He's a smart fighter. He wasn't one of my favorite fighters, but I gotta admit he's really grown on me the past few fights.. even though he killed dom's comeback 😞
Love the evolution of his leg game and way to move back for avoid strikes and when he moves forward to strike .....watch this is pleasure and against Cruz he is percect about legs moves and there yiu can see difference and how he works about it ! 👍👍

I think he should really work on going at a fast pace. If he can find the flow sooner then he’s have a better chance. The Sandhagen fight was very much one sided after Cory started Teeing off
