Patreon: / melodysheep Soundtrack: bit.ly/3rNtgPd | Who are the masters of the universe? Are we the only intelligent life, or is something else lurking out there?
For 60 years now, we have probed the skies for signs of alien intelligence, longing for connection -- to no avail. But new ideas and technologies are beginning to change the game.
Proudly presenting the third chapter in the Life Beyond trilogy: In Search of Giants.
In this journey, we will see how far we’ve come in the search for intelligent life, how they might be communicating, just how advanced they might be, and what it would mean if we really did make contact.
It might take thousands of years to make a discovery. But as long as the mystery endures, the search for giants will continue. It's in our blood to want to know.

    • I've been considering it. I have a fictional universe where I have written a bunch of one-off short stories about extrasolar star systems. I also have two large scale novel-like stories (both unfinished) that take place in the same universe. Wouldn't take much to compile all the short stories into a single compendium of stories and publish it. I would have to actually proof read them, though. Most of the short stories haven't been touched since they were originally written.

Because I truly do believe we are the first, and if that's true, it is a moral imperative that we correct our mistakes here by spreading life and creating a million billion trillion times more radiation events across the stars than Earth could ever come up with on their own. Where many species have gone extinct, an unfathomable times more will be created. All thanks to us. Your program keeps me thinking. If we never find a legitimate signal from other life, it only means we haven't been looking far enough. Too often , shows on the Discovery channel repeat the same tired concepts, exposing their limitations of creativity. Maybe they do that for an uneducated audience. • This series encompasses almost everything I live for. CGI, space, beautiful storytelling and videography. I'm a CGI artist myself which only increases the incredibly intense awe I feel when watching these videos and understanding how they're made. Absolutely astonishing work. No words can even begin to describe how much dedication is behind these videos. Beyond mindblowing.

  • I loved the narration! This is such a brilliant end to a stellar trilogy. Not going to lie, it was only a few days ago I was thinking "where the hell is melodysheep,?its been ages since they dropped that teaser" But I see where all the hard work went! Well done.
