From my hospital bed I am rewarded with the genius Woodman. Stunning Andy!!!!!!
Thanks, and it's Matt. Hope you get better soon 👍
Very nice Matt. I'm impressed!
Matt is always cooking up a amazing video
Wow.. the white colour is matching perfectly with the wood ..
Love love love!!! 😍 The white resin was the perfect choice for the apple wood! 🤍🍎🪵 The pedestal was an awesome addition in lieu of the piece sitting flat. The wood choice was perfect! All around a stunning piece of art! Well done Matt! 👏
What an amazing piece Matt love the way the white contrasts with the Apple wood
Hi Matt this is a magnificent and unique pot and stand I really love thank you for a great video. Amanda xx
Thanks so much! 😊
The burl is wonderful!
A Beautiful creation 👍👍👍.Thank you for sharing. Be safe🇨🇦
First time I've seen white used, and I'm surprised it's not used more often - so crisp!
I wasn't quite sure what you were planning with the second piece until you put the two together on the lathe. That's the first time in a while I've heard Jim Carrey in my head shouting "Brilliant!" like he did in the Grinch.
Burls are so beautiful when the finish is applied
Oh my goodness. Gorgeous!
Wow!!!! Another beautiful piece.
Wonderfully done and very beautiful !!!!
Thank you very much!
I love spending mornings watching these vids.
Glad you like them!
Yet another All-Pro work of art. Bravo !!
Thanks again!
I love the white, good job!
Always impressive Matt! I thought you were making a lid for the top! This can also be abstract, as a fancy beer mug. The resin to resemble beer poured over when they poured ☺️😉
Thanks Gina
Absolutely beautiful! First time watching very pleased with what I’ve seen will be watching more of your videos. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much 😊
You are a magician. Watching your hands create such beauty is just wonderful. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Really awesome work, Matt! Really beautiful piece! 😃 Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks! You too!
I like to choice of white. I think it is simple and lets the grain patterns of the wood be center stage. Bravo!
Thank you! Cheers!
Fantastic job!!! ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The apple tree vase is so pretty. Even the resin is perfect.👍👍
Thank you Matt! My friend, you seem to find some of the knarliest wood I've ever seen!😄 It's also the wood with the most personality. I always love seeing the grain pop! 🤩 Great choice and lovely project! Blessings always! 💜
Thanks Trish 👍
You had one job! And you nailed it. Beautiful piece

I work with Apple wood mostly. I'm in Washington state. 😅 Your piece shows off just how beautiful Apple wood is.
Thank you very much!
Absolutely gorgeous Matt.
Absolutely fascinating and beautiful, it really amazes me how something can be transformed like that. Wish I could do it.
matt jordan you are truly an amazing wood artist
Perfectly awesome.
Thanks
What a gorgeous piece of craftsmanship. Thank you for sharing your skills with us. 😎
Thank you very much!
That's beautiful, Matt. Once again you had me guessing until the end. I think the white was a good choice. That was a neat idea to use the Dremel to outline your circle for cutting. Bill
Thanks Bill 👍
Gorgeous 🥰
Thank you! 🤗
Looks great.
Thanks!
Beautiful ❤❤❤
Thank you! 😊

Nossa ficou maravilhoso!!! Parabéns!!!! Que belíssimo trabalho.
You surprised me with the end result. I was thinking that you were making a lid to go on top of the vase to be able to cover it.

Beautiful piece, I would like to try my hand at resin turning. The clear plastic you used to create your mold, where can I get some and or what is it called so I can search for it?
Bravo Matt c'est très jolie.... Pourriez-vous me dire où vous vous procurer le film plastique qui vous sert pour faire les moules avec la résine .Merci
👏🤩💕
Awesome job! What do you use to install you're chuck on the tailstock?
Back the tailstock off until the centre drive pops out, install a chuck with a MT1 or 2 taper shank, not sure what lathe you have but it will be one of those.
BS'D So beautiful brother!! Is it waterproof inside?
Thanks, not waterproof
Wondering what sealer and wax you used to bring out the grain?
Danish Oil, several coats over a few days
Piece wood look like groots head shape
How much would it cost if someone were to buy this piece?
On the website now, link in description
I am not enamored with the white resin. The overall design is very nice.
I really dislike the white. I wish another color was used, I feel instead of accenting the wood it detracts and distracts from it's natural beauty. Amazing work !
Yeah I disagree with the white looks like bodily fluid
👍
I am always so conflicted with these. There's already too much micro plastics in the world without us woodturners adding more. I just can't do resin or appreciate it.
How much time do you spend editing these? Must be a bitch with all the camera angles 😅
Probably about 3 hours I would say to edit
@@MattJordanWoodturning wow that's way less than I was expecting! Love ur vids
