  • O esforço humano compensa minha paciência em assistir algo tão arcaico, demorado, e impreciso. Tenho 40 anos de formação em Engenharia Mecânica. Quando me formei em Engenharia em 1983, era recente a entrada do CNC nos processos produtivos. Tive o privilégio de poder presenciar as transformações que os processos produtivos sofreram nesses últimos 40 anos. Achei que fosse na Índia, depois lendo os comentários percebi que é no Paquistão. Considero louvável esse esforço!

    • The reward is money to eat. Their government isn’t giving them shit. Work and live. I’ve spent two years of my live in that Middle East. Having concrete floors to work on was probably one of the biggest luxuries to have. Sewer drainage systems is probably a close tie.

  • La profundidad de corte se puede aumentar considerablemente si se rectificaran una geometría adecuada para las herramientas. Parece un trozo de carburo soldado al azar que están usando. Una cortadora de acero de alta velocidad o cobalto correctamente rectificada no sólo cortaría varias veces más rápido (profundidad de corte) con una rotura de viruta adecuada, sino que además dejaría un acabado superior. Parece que la mayoría de las veces solo se usa un cortador puntiagudo sin lubricante/refrigerante. Y obtenga un maldito centro vivo o al menos un centro muerto que se asemeje a la forma de un cono. Interesante vídeo no obstante. DESDE MEXICO DF CABRONESESTOS SON CHINGONES

  • Beeindruckend ! Gibt es noch einen Part 2 von diesem Video ? Diese Kurbelwelle ist noch weit entfernt von ihrer Fertigstellung. Wo sind die zentrischen Lagerzapfen des mittleren Zylinders ? Selbst für einen Kompressor kaum zu glauben, dass nur 2 äußere Lager ausreichen, um die Kräfte in 3 Zylindern aufzunehmen. Die diagonale Ölkanalbohrung lässt darauf schließen, dass das die finale Form sein soll !? Sehr fragwürdig. Außerdem muss die Kurbelwelle noch gehärtet, angelassen (entspannt) und geschliffen werden. Auch keine unkritischen Vorgänge. Leider lässt dieses Video einige Fragen offen.

  • Depth of cut can be greatly increased if they were to grind a proper geometry to the tooling. It looks like a brazed chunk of random carbide they are using. A properly ground high speed steel or cobalt cutter would not only cut multiple times faster (depth of cut) with proper chip breaking but would leave a superior finish. Seems most of the time the just use some pointy cutter with zero lubricant/coolant. And get a damn live center or at least a dead center that resembles a cone shape. Interesting video none the less.

    • I'm not sure you understand where these people live. I assure you no cobalt cutters or even proper lubricant could be found. They definitely couldn't afford expensive tools
