In many ways "cavalier" works. Given that micro-managers are usually afraid of something going wrong and are compensating in some way. Whereas a cavalier approach to leadership might be decentralized command, bravely trusting the team to get it done. Where the definition becomes insufficient is where Jocko says an indirect approach works best. Afraid of offending the person or spoiling the relationship, the commander uses indirect communication in order to ensure the team-member achieves the goals without shutting down or putting up a wall.

Just like reading with no teacher or a smart phone in a monkey or dog brained person that was me reading 📖 the books with my own perceptions n no further guidence of understanding . You should hire a legal team. Fair use still applies to market share and your branding. If it is harming your revenue and brand, you should talk to a lawyer. Most bad faith actors seeking to exploit the system will be dissuaded. Others who believe that they have a genuine fair use case can communicate with you or your legal representatives.
