One of my favourite gothamchess series of videos are the "Alphazero VS Stockfish" videos. But not only do i get to see some chess played at such a high level that makes even Super GMs lose their minds, i also really like the fact that we get some comeuppance for people who cheat which just gives it that nice cherry on top at the end.

  • Cheating your way to a higher rank because you think you "deserve it." Then you basically can't compete on your own anymore because you're completely outclassed, so now you're cheating even more than you were before. I went down this road as well. Its a tough pill to swallow

  • 2:45 levy forgot the cheater already moved to f7 once. Incase people feel confused, you can only castle if there are no opponent pieces looking towards any of the squares that are in the castling space, there are no other pieces between the Rook and the King and that the king and the Rook did not move from their original square even once. Also you cannot castle if you are under check.

    • That would be so silly.. If Rook takes, the King is not in Check. If they see M1, they would probably do something that puts the King in Check like move the Knight. Hopefully lol Seems to me that they love to finish the game themselves to look less suspicious and feel accomplished, but they must've rushed that Rook move.. Or they just didn't think too much about it lol
