The French Breakfast!!

This creation is the perfect French Breakfast. It's my take on a Cappuccino and Croissant. The coffee cup in disguise is a tiramisu with a fully edible cup and plate made out of white chocolate. The Croissants are made with latte coffee, making this the perfect pairing.
The great thing about this creation is there are no dishes to be done!
Would you have this for breakfast?

  • Amazing. Your croissants inspired me to try to make my own. They’re so gorgeous. While I love the editing on your vids, I really miss the commentary. Wish you would consider another channel with a longer form video and some voiceover of what you’re doing. Also a croissant tutorial!!! Mine tasted great but weren’t that pretty!!!

    • From what I've learned, most often there're 4 key things that are easy to miss: 1. Use low-water, high-fat butter. 2. Let them rise (as shown in the video) 3. For an extra nice surface finish, lightly coat them with water, milk or yolk before baking 4. Use convection setting, and if they cook too fast on the surface in your oven, use a lighter convection setting. Good luck)

    • He's doing it like this because that's what gets him the most views. Especially the shorts. Which is unfortunate. Because with all of this talent, I'd like to see more than tons of editing and creepy dead eyed staring and smiling at the camera.

  • The talent and hard work are obvious and humbling, but what impresses me most is the creativity and dedication, dude's out there on a mission to recreate the entire world out of chocolate and pastry, including chocolate and pastry dishes, and he'll invent the techniques he needs to do it if they've yet to exist.

  • Amaury compose sa recette en une danse féerique tout en jonglant avec chaque ingrédient tel un magicien. Il nous montre dans ses moindres gestes ce qu'est l'Amour.
