  • I used to be an Islamophobe in the past, but in college, Allah made me come across a guy who would completely change my views on Islam and show me how beautiful Islam actually is and nice the Muslims are. I converted to Islam a year ago and it was the best decision of my life. Today I am happily married to that guy and we are really enjoying our married life. His family have recently shifted here from Bangladesh too. I can't wait to spend my first Ramadan ever with him and his family. I will always be thankful to Allah for showing me the correct path. Alhamdulillah. Lots of love to my Muslim brothers and sisters ❤️🇺🇲🇧🇩❤️

  • I’m a Muslim and honestly the fasting gets easier as you progress it’s just the first few days and the reason why you feel weak and even get headaches when you fast is because you’re body is releasing all the stored toxins and your immune system cells are regenerating but once you keep up your fast you feel better! So even if you’re not Muslim, fasting even outside of Ramadan from time to time has incredible effects on the body and I highly encourage you all to look at the scientific and medical research regarding fasting and its amazing benefits on the human body. This video was beautiful to see! There’s something precious about people experiencing each other’s culture and beliefs with honesty and respect.

I vividly remember my miserable feeling being hungry and got more desperate when my sister ate infront of me. Dnt not showoff or display your blessing infront of people who are at lower level than you. That was the lesson i learned.

How shallow are we if we think we just need to help them enter the faith, and that's where the help stops. We are all generally eating too much, which is not the healthiest thing to do to our bodies. Don't believe me, watch the movie "The Martian" featuring Matt Damon and you'll see that even a little bit of food can give you the energy required to go through your normal day (of course that is only a movie)

    • Hi friend, I used to be a Christian once upon a time. If you'll give me 2 minutes I can prove that Jesus (peace be upon him) was in fact a prophet of God God is immortal, uncreated, all powerful and all knowing and Jesus (peace be upon him) was none of those things Jesus (peace be upon him) was created by God and was born to Mary (peace be upon her) after God willed it therefore he was born and created (you can't have an uncreated created being) Jesus (peace be upon him) could be harmed and even killed and Jesus (peace be upon him) begged God to not let him die... someone unhurtable and unkillable doesn't ask to be saved An all powerful being doesn't need nor can be strengthened ‘An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him - in the garden of Gethsemane’ (Luke 22:43) ‘Then the devil left him; and behold, angels came and began to minister to Him’ (Mark. 1:13) Jesus was not all knowing as God is But God is All Wise & does not need to learn: Jesus grew in wisdom, but God is all wise ‘Great is our Lord and abundant in strength; His understanding is infinite.’ (Psalms 147:5) ‘And Jesus increased in wisdom.’ (Luke 2:52) And of course Jesus (peace be upon him) never claimed divinity and is outright shown to be a servant of God The disciples prayed to God just as they were commanded by Jesus in Luke 11:2, and considered Jesus to be God’s servant. ‘they raised their voices together in prayer to God. ‘Sovereign Lord,’ they said, ‘you made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and everything in them.’ (Acts 4:24) ‘your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed.’ (Acts 4:27) ‘of Your holy servant Jesus.’ (Acts 4:30) The Bible says that Jesus was God’s servant ‘Behold, My servant, whom I have chosen, in whom My soul is well pleased.’ (Matt 12:18) And the holy Quran just further proves it ‘I am indeed a servant of God.’ (Quran 19:30) Since Jesus is God’s servant, Jesus can not be God but a prophet of God

It teaches not to engage in certain acts, but it does NOT teach us to judge and hurt others or those who do, especially in such extreme ways. The people who are doing these tortorous things are doing it of their own accord, due to their own fear and hatred, and labelling it as done for religion and Islam and God. Our role model is the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and he would never have done those things. Most of us know that the only judge is God and that we are not therefore we should not punish anyone or torture anyone for doing what they please.

    • @@nervesconcord I think the dumbest thing a person can do is to critisize a religion by its members. Islam's guide is Kuran and if you want to judge the religion judge it by what is written in that book. And believe me "throw gay men from roofs" is not written in it lol. People in middle-east can be really ignorant. Since I have seen people like that I know for a fact that they are not real muslims because they do not read Kuran and they see religion as tradition, they learn Islam from their elderly(who twisted Islam's ideologies at first place) thats why they do such ignorant acts and thus media portrays Islam as the religion of curelty which is totally not the case.

The aim is to try to eat healthy too. We usually break fast in our household with dates, water and then fruits- pray Maghreb and then have our dinner. I feel the praying/meditation is the most important part of the fast. I also like to squeeze in 5km runs just before iftaar. It is all possible 😊 Great work for doing it 👏🏽

    • @Night Visitor except that the non muslims aren't told that once you become a muslim, you can't quit. if you do, then you die. muhammad said anyone that changes their religion has to be killed. there are parts of your own country you can't go into alone anymore and you are so confused that you defend the people doing it.

    • @Night Visitor i didn't mention non belivers, i mentioned shabir ali and yasir qadhi. are those people non believers now? compare the interview between muhammad hijab and yasir qadhi's channel and you will see muhamad hijab deleted almost 30 minutes of it because he thinks you are so stupid you can't handle the truth about a corrupted quran. if that isn't bad enough, muhammad thought you were going to be so stupid, you wouldn't even know how to wipe your ass when you take a shit.

I appreciate that you participated in this and all the respect you showed! Ty :) Edit: omg I didn’t notice how much attention this got. Also please don’t argue about religions and start hate in the replies. I believe in Allah the almighty but whichever god or religion you believe in, you’re still a human after all so I hope you live a happy life and have a blessed day!

Hoe many narratives where in the 9th century ? 12th century ? 14th century ? How year 1924 embraced most contradictive Hafs ibn Sulaymaan who was considered a weak reporter of hadith.Thousands of questions i can raise but it is u who has to analyze this n be objective. We do not claim perfection of the bible as humans wrote it yet our message is the same.Dont forget what lord jesus said ME AND THE FATHER R ONE.also when jewish asked him who is he .He said before Abraham was i am.May Lord Jesus clear ur blindness from the war lord who enslaved and sexed woman.Who robbed and hired a paid army to slaugther.Comparing sinless Lord Jesus with this demon is a madness.

My 10 year old sister kept fasts the whole month this time. Personally I always feel the most peaceful and relaxed during Ramadan. It’s basically a whole therapy month for our family.

  • It is Ramadan again! Fasting! Personally, I open my fast with olives and water and then wait for 5 minutes. Take it slow and at the table remember the gratitude for the food we have and remember the hungry. And then slowly eat. Don't rush. Anyway, after starting eating slowly, the stomach can not take much. If you eat quickly and rush into food, the stomach would get blown up. Feel uncomfortable. After 3 - 4 days, your mind and body start clearing up. And later feel even better. All the best. It was very nice of you to support your friend. He's lucky to have such a friend as you.

  • When you're a child in a Muslim family, fasting is like a cool adult thing that you can't wait to do. The first day I tried to fast, I was four or five years old, my parents bought me a fruit milk, chocolate custard and a chocolate bread to congratulate me. I couldn't wait and gave up mid-day but I was still proud and decided to do more next time. As you grow, you get used to it, and it ends up being something we wait for all year. As I'm typing, I already miss ramadan even though it wasn't so long ago... Something I'd love to add, Ramadan is also about character. You can't swear in ramadan, you can't fight people. So I find that Ramadan truly makes people kinder and sweeter with each other ❤️
