I fast 365 days and break my fast in the morning, it is called breakFAST. This is not true FASTing. True fasting is no food and drink 24/7. You taqiyya boys do not FAST, you time shift breakfast from 7AM to 7PM, you eat more and some of you get fat. You are deluded by your own taqiyya.
You Muslims are so confused. This is because your God is limited from day one of your religion, and you cannot get around this. On day one, your god did not know Muhammed could not read. The limited Allah does not know the unseen!!! So Allah asked him to read. He failed to make Muhammed read! So he tried a second time, Allah failed again! So he tried a 3rd time. Allah FAILED a 3rd time. If my god, the true god, asked me to read just once, I would instantly become the best reader in the world. You have a limited god from day one of your religion. Allah then has to come into his creation every 3rd part of night because he is limited and cannot hear a prayer from everywhere. But note, he has to enter his creation, and all Muslims say such an action proves Allah cannot be god. In another example, you Muslims say Allah entered his creation as a tree. Because he is limited, he can appear as a tree but not as human. This is because a human form is too difficult for him but a simple tree is not.

I was born Hindu and used to fast two days a month and loved the feeling at the end of the day and I have Muslim friends as well and they do this for the whole month mad respect brothers

Oh, btw, lots of non Muslims don’t know this, but *children fast too.* However, it’s not a must, until puberty.
Most of us still did it as a challenge at young age before puberty...the one who could fast for 30 days straight were considers coolest...man it brought back so many memories...

Fasting is actually pretty easy, it's just the first few days to get used to then it will be easy, it will be a bit harder when people who aren't fasting eat in front of you (yup I suffer from that)

Please excuse my ignorance. Is there a specific time for every day to break fast, or is it just when there is no daylight. For example, heavily overcast/rainy days are you able to eat sooner?
Its all good! Thanks for asking… Nowadays, with the technology, we know exact time by minutes on when to close/open the fast. Each day could be difference of couple of minutes.
@Mo Syed oh that's cool and good to know. I have a co-worker who is Muslim, and I try not to eat or drink in front of him as a sign of respect towards him. Is that generally appreciated because it doesn't make people think about eating and drinking?

Am I the only one who don't agrees with fasting especially for a whole month I get If they did ur for a day or a week but the whole month??? And I get not eating food but I think not having any drink throughout the whole day surely isn't good for one's health, I'm sorry but I respect Muslims but I seriously do not think they should do it for a whole month
Go ahead and read some of the studies that had been done. There are several benefits from Ramadhan fasting. Don't just make a conclusion without knowledge.
