  • absolutely insane. I could not believe my eyes if I saw this shit go down live. people are literally going crazy over 3 plate benches in my gym, and dudes frequently come up to compliment me when I lift like half of what you guys are managing. I deadlift about what johnny's attempting on the incline, and colin is out there rowing even more than that. spoon hitting ~5 paused reps with 405 is also something I can only dream of for a single at the moment. big respect, stay injury-free bros.

    • if youre natural then youre doing well. I used AAS and ill tell you first hand: AAS makes a gigantic difference for strength. If you used them properly, you wouldnt be so impressed.

  • Obviously your strong as a damn ox! And holding that weight and giving it a go at rows is damn impressive. I stopped doing normal barbell rows a while ago and I now only do dead stop rows either from the ground or in the rack at different heights. Definitely been a huge saver on my spine.
