When you’re trying to build a huge muscular body, but you only get stronger
It all must come down to how much energy you are putting in comparing to what energy is being put out? In other words, it must be all about the diet, no? Someone please correct me.
@@CziffraTheThird maybe yes. but maybe coz of genes. i see lot of black guys muscular/bulky even hes not going in the gym. how much more if he does
CziffraTheThird like the other said it’s mainly genes, this guy must have compact muscles
HikingViking It’s purely because of two types of training: hypertrophy and strength. Hypertrophy training relies on large amounts of volume, which increases the size of the muscles. Strength training relies on the intensity of the workout, which increases the density and quality of the muscle. You only get stronger because you only do strength training, which is what you should be focused on. Don’t waste your time with volume training. It’s good, but not as fulfilling or as augmenting as strength. Diet matters, but only in terms of macros: carbs for glycogen, fats for prolonged energy, protein for muscle repair and maintenance. Edit: look at comments below. They clarify it better.

My girl can admire his efforts as much as i would be. You should never be worried about ur girl.
@@jeinelson facts bro. She should know what happens if she cheats so if she does it I'm not going to waste a second trying to hear her out or whatever. She made her choice and I'm bouncing to continue working on my gains and finding a loyal woman. Plus if you're really a confident gym guy you know everyone starts somewhere and focus more on your own gains and less on what others can do.
If you’re worried about that, then you need a different girl.
Gymtimidation is a real thing. I hope people don’t get discouraged when they see people moving big weight. Don’t feel embarrassed if your only moving light weight. Focus on improving yourself over time. Keep good form and don’t get injured by trying to do what others are doing. You’re only competing with yourself, not those around you. Stay positive, and keep making those gains 💪🏻

@@JD-yt5nr I simply respect this guy for being incredibly strong for his size.
@Tenyks Well, you cant say just because hes strong that hes on roids. People can get pretty far with simple nutrition, athleticism, and even genetics.
Tenyks I mean, there’s also technique that you should account for, with the perfect technique you can lift maybe another 50 lbs
@@itchystick3907 Yeah. I think that people who lift with bad form aren't lifting to their full potential as they are taking the pressure off of the proper muscle group. Like the back squat. The body naturally puts the pressure on the back because it's easier. But when you sit back into a squat and perform the lift correctly, pushing through your heels, you no longer cheat yourself out of proper glute and quad activation. The main thing with that though is that one leg might be doing more than the other which is why accessory lifts are so important. So i guess proper technique doesn't necessarily give immediate results, it does deliver in the future. Definitely noticed that myself. But surprisingly, genetics DOES play a role. But it's not endgame for those with different genetics.
