Bros talking like 1k is cheap
It is cheap get ya money up if you care abt leveling up 🤷🏾♂️
U don't need to buy everything thing lol
1k in reality is easy to make now with the opportunity of the internet. Like I said at the end, you don’t need everything or to buy it all at once, you can accumulate over the course of a year.
@@vinhnguyen7016 💯
It is for a glow up bud, this shit ain’t supposed to be $50 & voila, you’re a brand new man
The relief when someone is not promoting their sponsored products 😌. Thanks Brandon❤
❤️
Agreed 100%
@@BrandonBalfour Yup, Brandon, keep it up, my man!!! 2nd time watching this.
I agree. The only thing I would change about this is the rosemary. The study on rosemary is very vague and has caught on as one of the go-tos when it isn't necessarily true (which equates to wasted money). If any of you men are focusing on hair loss or hair upkeep, get Finasteride or oral Minoxidil.
And this is how you build trust with an audience, now people will more likely watch his videos or believe him when he actually does promote something
This was surprisingly informative and a great overview of a bunch of men's grooming areas. It's refreshing to not just see this format of video to plug only sponsored products. Appreciate you giving valid skincare advice for men.
I rarely comment on videos but this one is just perfect. Your fragrance recommendations are great, skincare brands and suggestions were perfect, grooming tips were just right. Just subscribed to your channel 👏 To those who say this isn’t cheap, it definitely isn’t, but you slowly start and build your essentials. Definitely doable over 3-6 months and then just replace as and when.
I am doing all of this already, regardless, love seeing your content. One thing I have gained from your channel is a great fashion sense. Has made a huge dent to my wallet, and is a recurring problem, but no regrets. Cheers Brandon🙌🏼
Bro I’ve been looking for a video like this for a while to get started on taking care of myself the right way and you literally hit everything on the money bro. Keep doing your thing 🙏🏾
This is probably the best video regarding glow-ups I've ever seen. You touched up on things people rarely ever menion, this is amazing! Thanks so much for the video. This channel has to be one of the best for self improvement ngl

It will take a whole day 😂
2:02 booger
Started the journey a few months ago its nice to have now accumulated everything and start seeing results with the stuff i got into first such as the gym posture correction diet skin and nail care as well as my closets i definitely am way better off now that before in only a few months its crazy how fast its all going
Another type for guys that have issues with razor burn and bumps is to use a safety razor. It's a single blade, blades cost less than 30 cents each (whole back $3), its a super close shave and I never have any irritation. Takes awhile to master the safety razor but it will save your skin and wallet👍🏼 Let's all shoot to reach our maximum potential lads
Straight and to the point with solid recommendations. Top content!
Brandor is so very underrated. Thanks for helping us out man you're amazing!❤️

Sir, you reallt helped me out man, i dont know im gonna watch anymore of your videos but im subscribing cause you really did not bs, much respect
Great content as usual! Keep up your good work!
Appreciate you bro!
I would really appreciate a video or reel about those whitening stripes. Good video like always brother 💪🏼
Anyone else noticed he had a bugger for most of the video? 🤔
Love that he didn't only mention the grooming tools but also the gym
I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep-pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser. Then a honey-almond bodyscrub, and on the face, an exfoliating gel-scrub.Then I apply an herb mint facial masque, which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
You’ll never be as cool as Paul Allen

your content keeps getting better, great job bud!
Dude, icl all of your videos that i‘ve watched are absolute bangers and definitely much helping. Thanks a lot & keep it up!
This is gold bro. thank you especially for the hair stuff.
thank you for being direct and quick to the point. Instant like
The CeraVe Cleanser for Dry skin is amazing! I use it regularly, twice a day and that stuff just works, especially for the price! Overall, great video! 🤝
Yoo this was genuinely helpfull for me . Keep it up with those 🔥 videos man
This guy actually gave some excellent advice, surprised to see the shea moisture leave-in conditioner here. That’s really a black product and I use it all the time to help me get waves after a haircut lol
Keep on this insane content. Very useful and I appreciate it!
I just started my obsession with fragrances and it’s so addicting. Gotta get back in the gym next and start dressing better!
Nice vids man cerave cleanser foam is a game changer in terms of skin care Ive been using it for a week now i recommend it
Awesome! I was pretty overwhelmed bout this topic before this video but now i know what to do and purchase.
Beautifully done! Can we get a summer outfit video? Casual and classy fits?
The information is very useful and ur haircut is absolutely on the money. The barber was totally worth it ❤️❤️
Great video! Could you make a video on what to wear/pack when you go traveling. I'm going to spain soon and was wondering what to pack in terms of outfit and shoes
awesome guide. another thing i can add is, if lets say gym is not your thing or its alot more expensive in your area, calisthenics/ oody weight workouts are great as well. Take the time and effort or all these guides/tips, its not a one night miracle or even a one month miracle. Confidence is all about you being comfortable with yourself. Experiment around for fragrances, skincare products, styling etc. If you are already going to the store to buy a fragrance, why not try a few testers. If you found something you like, get it. If youre unsure then get the one you already have in mind, and take note of what you might want to get next time. Your skin is yours, find what works for your skin and what doesnt. Though it will take a week or 2 to really see the results, just cus you are breaking out, does not mean the item does not work, it could be that your skin barrier has weakened and thus, the product did not work as intended. Remember all these things takes time. and already doing this, taking the time to find products and watch videos is already considered as effort. Not every day will you feel good about yourself and maybe you think its not worth the hassle. but always look back at the beginning and know that you have changed for the better. For yourself.
I like it so much that u dont spend 3 mins on each item but just simple information about it. Great video
Thank you Brandon! Very helpful!
A lot of the items mentioned here are pieces you will buy only once in many years or months and many others can be replaced with budget versions that will still work great. The idea is to have a good hygene routine, be diligent and take good care of yourself overall 👍🏻 the $1000 is not to be spent on monthly basis, if you buy budget friendly items (sunscreen, cleanser, moisturizer) it can def be way lower
The best and trusted simple video in YT 😍🥰
Depending on where you live, another supplement I would definitely recommend is a vitamin d supplement, especially for those who live in cloudy areas, but also for people with darker skin in colder areas
Vitamin D is really great!
Vitamin D is a must! And going for 1000 U.I and up is necessary, the 400 U.I ones recommended are just too weak
@@NoRockinMansLand Also vitamin D3 not D4.
@@callanc3925 I've only heard of Vitamin D² and D³, most sold are D³
Bro. Could you make a night and morning routine video of these products. Would be very helpful, thanks!!
Brandon, can you make a full video on fragrances. I wanna see what niche ones you have
Flossing is another one to add to the teeth care! And oil pulling is also something I'd suggest
also a tooth brush! and body wash how about also running water

holy shit this actually a really good guide
i kinda thought the gym part was dumb when i first watched this video but i decided to start going about 3 months ago and im beginning to see some results, great video!
Nice tips man, especially the ones for the hair!
Honestly bro by the looks of the thumbnail I thought this was gonna be a pretty misleading video but I'm glad you aren't misleading people with the whole one-size-fits! Good stuff man!
Always digging the long form videos dude!
Glad you’re liking them bro!
This is the vide i was looking forward to and gonna help me a lot . Thanks for the great content)
awesome bro!
I definitely need all of this (one by one) 🤩
hahah glow up time baby
One thing I love about my hair type is that conditioner once every day or two and shampoo once a week after my hockey is all I need. I also use castor oil to preserve my hairline (which started to go a tiny bit). As long as I hand brush it back it will have volume and stay curly
Great content as always!
bless bro!
I already had most of these lmao, they all work very good. Personally the cerave foaming cleanser dried my face too much so I switched to Naturium niacinamide gelée cleanser and its really good
One of the best videos I have watched , damn .
Solid list brother I'd just add dry shampoo to the list for in between hair washes 👍🏽
Very informative definitely enjoyed the insights
good vid man i already had all those cerave skin cair for dry skin and the Philips 1 blade but im going to cop the volumizer powder
Unironically this recommended video is the ONLY good video I've ever seen. Powder is op I just found it out. Cerave SA is super good I wish I knew about this yrs ago. And rosemary oil is really good definitely would recommend
content is fire. We need more!!
I got you bro hahah
Chemical sunscreen does not cause cancer - it has been proven to help decrease the risk of cancer. Benzene was recently found in some spray sunscreens as a contaminant; however, the actual chemical filters are not carcinogenic.
actually good recs...and I appreciate the brevity of the vid 💯
Appreciate you bro!
Love this guy
This man is a blessing for us 🤌❤️
Sick video dude 👏👏👏
Yo Brandon! Thanks for the bid bro, your tips are always very helpful. Have been looking for a trimmer that doesn’t cause irritation and ingrowns. How do you stay consistent in the gym? Especially with starting off as a noob. Might be a good video idea for a lot of us dudes
Get a personal trainer
@@smithwick1710 isn't that expensive?
Find a weekly routine that works for you. Best one for beginners is either full-body three times a week, or upper-lower four times a week. Once youve been working out consistently for a year or two and have moved past beginner gains, then you should switch to push-pull legs. But whatever you do, stick to it. The worse thing you can do though is just give up and stop, since you will lose all the gains you made fairly fast.
Don't get a trainer. The key is to start it off in a SUSTAINABLE way. So don't say: "I'll go every day for the next two months now". That is not sustainable. Especially for a beginner. Start off slow instead. Do 3 a week if it works. And just stick to that for a good month or two. If you want to up it, most people that go regularly go 5-6 times a week. If you overdo it at the beginning it is much easier to run out of steam and give up, feeling overwhelmed.
This is the video I needed
You always give great advice thank you
glad you find it useful bro!
For a perfect general shave get a trimmer + safety razor and get shaving foam, oil and aftershave lotion. 10 out of 10 everytime and will last you MONTHS
You actually live the most perfect lifestyle brother, hats offf sir…….👍🏻
much love bro!
great video, thanks for the suggestions!
Korean skincare is so underrated. They're years ahead of its time. They're so big with skin barrier.
Literally such high quality stuff
its true, but also they are also genetically blessed, if they didn't use the products, they will still have better skin than 99% of westerners who use skincare products everyday.
@@ahmedbenhariz8694 lifestyle plays a big part I think

thank you my g
I wasn’t expecting it but I like how creatine was mentioned in this video ☝️
Quick note on rosemary oil. You need to dilute it to a carrier oil, unless you are using a pre diluted product like Mielle. I would also avoid buying rosemary off amazon and instead go with a reputable company that is tested, like Eden’s Garden. They have great quality Essential oils and carrier oils. Also, for dilution, it’s best to stay at 2-3% (12-18 drops of rosemary into 30ml or carrier oil). For use, apply 2-3x week (1ml or less), leave it on for 3 hours and then wash it off.
This guy is a damn legend
Can’t forget confidence, haircut, and fashion sense
Great Content mate😊
appreciate you!
For men a water based pomade for styling is also helpful instead of hairspray if you don’t like the texture
Dude the first ten seconds was absolutely lengedary 😂😂
100% agree on creatine but even more specifically creatine monohydrate.
What we guys really need to keep fresh are these key things IMO: - Frequent blood, skin and sexual health checkups. - Monthly barbershop and aesthetician make-over (with maintenance visits at a frequency of your liking depending on hair growth rate) - Hygiene routine, doesn't have to be expensive and involved but it must be thorough enough to cover all basics and keep you clean all day. - Avoid a sedentary lifestyle, you can even just go for a long walk. - Find something in life that gives you drive and keeps you smiling. Using those facial muscles will make you more attractive, even in your own eyes. Feeling fulfilled is like living on autopilot. It's never about money as much as it is about being smart with your self-care. You can spend millions and still look like the Penguin. Great vid Brandon, cheers!
How do you checkup sexual health though?
@@Elias-xh8xm Blood tests specially if you're sexually active and physicals at your primary care physician.
I strongly suggest you use creatine monohydrate. It tends to be cheaper and more effective and almost all body builders and profesionals would suggest it over the other forms.

Great advice. For me, TRT has been the biggest thing to regain my confidence and muscle mass. But I was actually hypogonadal and needed it.

Bro it’s honestly such a blessing to not be able to grow facial hair. My whole life I was like you Brandon I couldn’t ever grow a beard, but ever since I turned 25 my beard comes in thick and fast. I’m now 27 and my stubble comes in a day. I have half a beard in like 4 days. I rock a clean shaven look and I miss the old deals where it was easy
Great suggestions my friend 😊
