My parents got divorced, my house got blown up, I watched family members fighting for there life some deceased, I almost died twice , almost got shot by sniper and the other one was bomb, i saw people getting dismembered in front of me, burning, bleeding to death, i lived through horrible and I’m only 21 years old, sad huh this was my life for five years in Syria, and yet if I get angry on something or i do some stuff I’m not proud of but i get the blame and every one expect me to be sane I’m exhausted 😓 I’m saying this cuz whatever happened to you if I survived all of this so can you!

    • That’s hard to guess basing it off what you normally wear, I wear a 28 waist. What I would do is take a tape measure and measure your waist in inches and however many inches your waist is, that’s the number you buy!
