My favourite thing about Roswell is that "The wreckage was composed of sticks, tape, tinfoil, and some paper" is proof that it wasn't Project Mogul, but those are somehow still _viable materials for the construction of a spacecraft._

THANK YOU! I hate his "How can over. 600 people have the same eyewitness testimony?" and my answer, they don't. Guaranteed over half are lying, and most if not all are misremembering/mis-identifying things. There was an experiment in the 90's that mimics the Roswell incident nearly to a T with random people to see what they remember. The experiment was nothing more than fake MP's in the desert with a roped off area and junk scattered. Most of the people lied a year later stating there were bodies, threats, massive movement, etc.

I'm with Shane on the "flying saucer" thing, it gained the alien connotation over time the same as UFOs did (that's why the government made the UAP acronym lmao)
What really bugs me out is that, if infact it was a weather ballon and that it was a top secret operation. Why was it that a common civilian (rancher) was the one who discovered the crash site? Why didn't the Airforce took steps to recover the materials from the crash site before anybody else could? Which they most certainly would know of, because they had to be monitoring the ballons if they were operating those missions. And if they claim that the rancher got there before they could, a good number days had passed after the crash took place. Which is clear enough to prove that the authorities didn't even bother to recover it, and the only reason behind it is that they didn't have a fucking clue about it.

There was an immense electrical storm the night before the crash. The ranch foreman Mac Brazel and a young man heard a loud boom during the night. So the next day they went out to see what damage was done to their ranch and that’s when they discovered the wreck. Brazel died of a heart attack only 9 years later.. without giving a proper interview. His obituary or any info on him is hard to find.

As someone who is from Roswell New Mexico, we have a freak ton of theories about the crash and we use the crash for tourists
You guys should do a video on what happened in Michigan in like 94 or 95! They caught that whole situation on weather radar tracking the movements of the crafts, moving faster than any human aircraft can. They had like 300 911 calls, two police officers, and one weatherman that saw the aircrafts in over a dozen different counties!
This is why Clarke Kent's parents never told the authorities about the UFO. Those Kansas farmers were smart.

I saw an old doc on this, and they said that metallic cellophane wrap was not commonly known of at the time, but did exist. It's basically the stuff you see flowers wrapped in, and has pretty much the exact qualities the material described here has. It may have seemed otherworldy to them at the time since it was a new invention.

Like Shane, I believe extraterrestrials exist. However, humoring the skeptics, I will say that, despite there being many witnesses, I can definitely see a large majority of people hearing about something scary occurring in their town; something so important that the military got inolved and that it was being labeled as an encounter with extraterrestrials, lying and saying what they saw was an alien spacecraft with alien bodies just to sound important or be involved in the case. Kind of like when you're in a crowd of kids surrounding a fight at school and you get questioned by other students because you were present. The issue is you don't know EXACTLY what happened or who were the ones fighting or why they were fighting, so you choose to piggyback off of the testimonies of those who claim the fight started because of [insert reasons] and that it was between [insert people].
Yeah that’s the thing. That’s too many witnesses to see the actual results. The crash, sure but the results? No.
Which is why I believe actual evidence over witness testimony any day
except the "witnesses" didn't include just people from the town. if you watched the video, you'd know that. doesn't make it invalid.

I actually live in Roswell and at the time this happened Roswell was a war prison to hold German soldiers as well as the location of a lab that built plains and other machines for Americans to fight the war with. The camp was notorious for torturing the German prisoners that were here. The war also resulted in a lot of technical advancement in the world. So my theory is that the ufo was actually a prototype for a new type of plane that crashed and that the aliens were actually Germans that were disfigured as a result of the torture. That also would explain why the military was in such a hurry to move everything and cover it all up. But that’s just my theory on this.
This is the most reasonable explanation I’ve read on KZhead comments about this certain crash. This is for sure most likely what happened.

Maybe a possible reason for a UFO crash is that it crashed into a weather balloon and both where found at the same time covering up one for the other, who really knows, but it’s always gonna be interesting this story.
In 1973 I was working at a general store in Texas. I was reading a sci-fi novel at the counter. A horse wrangler had stopped by to get a pack of cigarettes. He asked if I believed in that stuff, referring to the book I was reading. I said it was fun reading. He told me that aliens are real. He had been an MP corporal at an Army AF base in New Mexico after the war and that he had been at the site. He said that there were alien bodies that were recovered. I've always been a skeptic but that's an interesting tidbit.
