How to make a Two Wheel Drive ( 2WD ) Electric Fat Bike 1000W - 6 Seats - 40km/h - Long Electric Bike.
I Am Using:
- 2 x Fat Wheel 48V 500W Motor hub for Electric bike
- 2 x 48V 800W brushless controller
- 48v 25Ah Battery
- Electric Bike Throttle Speed Controller
- 2 x Motorcycle Shock absorber
- 2 x Brake Disc For Bike
- 6 x Bicycle Saddle, 6 x Bike handlebar
- 1 x Pair of Bicycle Brake lever
- 2 x L4x Led Light
- 2 x 12v Motorcycle Horn
- Steel pipe 40x80mm, 40x40mm.....

  • personally i would have used 2 controllers with 2 batteries and a spliced throttle but this is still quite a great build

    • I did that to my dual drive ebike I made. Two batteries two controllers and a spliced signal wire on the throttle.

    • for serving 6 small size people/kids this bicycle can hold as we can see. Now let 6 obese Sumo wrestlers that weight 180kg each sit in a row (total mass will exceed 1 ton altogether) and the bicycle would break apart 😳😆. Yet I would say it was a good craftmanship, he grows little by little 👍🛠

  • exelent work!!!!!!! But you have 2 major stractural issues. The fist is the rear springs upper mount that is very wick and also the front fork also wick too. You need to reinforce them.
