I used to wake up early in the morning around 4 am during board exams and yes the atmosphere at that time is quite different. At 5:00 am the satisfying sound of Azaan from the nearby mosque and at 5:30 the chants of Hanuman Chalisa from the temple filled me with the much needed positivity.

When you set your alaram at night, put it at least 10 steps away from you so that you have to leave the bed to shut it down. That's how it will be easy to leave the bed . Now I wake up at 4am in the morning without any hustle and I sleep like a baby .

I tried this 🥲 by keeping my alarm in kitchen and I sleep in bedroom but these days my body automatically wakes up,goes to kitchen,turns the alarm off and goes back to sleep by iteself FUNFACT-I dont even remember when the hell i turned it off... Truly there's nothing more satisfying than waking up early. I totally agree on that.. Waking up 4.30 AM and observing the nature, watching the sunrise and birds or animals and people starting their day, chirping of birds. Fresh air. Taking a walk.. Sunbathing it's just so much better to wake up early and i felt that when i wake up early i feel much more energetic while working out..i feel focused and most importantly i feel i have self control over me.. I dont feel obsessed with social media, caffeine or any gadgets..
