Well most sport onwers in the u.s are just there for the money income, they couldn't care less about actually winning anything.
It's because the US is way too big (size wise) for pro/rel. England is roughly the size of Virginia. Spain and Germany are comparable to Texas. Traveling for lower tiered games there isn't a hassle. It's hard enough getting fans of Orlando to travel to Portland for a match because of all the costs (flight/hotel/car/misc). Imagine if they were in the 2nd or 3rd division.

I remember when the (not really good) Philippines team came over and the players posted videos of the North Korean football field. It was so disturbing how the stadium was full and everyone is choreographed to cheer on queue. If your national team is in Asia, chances are they have competed in North Korea's stadium at least once.

My city club Hanoi FC met April 25th in semi final AFC Cup last year. First leg in Vietnam was 2-2, then the second leg in North Korea was not broadcast and somehow ended up 0-0, nothing was recorded from the game :))

Hey Alfie, could you do a video about the Nigerian Premier League? I read somewhere that only 5% of the results in league history are away wins due to incidents like away team players and referees been attacked by fans before games and corruption etc. I know a few years ago the league was suspended. Also if you look at betting odds on Nigerian games the home team is virtually always odds on favourite to win irrespective of league position of the two teams and I think this season the most away points for a single team is a lower total than the lowest home points in the league. Anyway I'm probably in a minority of one with this request but just a thought.

What is more interesting however, is that, if I am correct, the DPR Korea women's football team is much more highly ranked in the world than the men's team and probably holds a better legacy in the country, with at least one film or tv series having been made about them!
